So the last two weeks have been a roller coaster for me. I had bad back pain so I went to the doctors and they thought it was a kidney infection. "Antibiotics, lots of water then you'll be all good" yadda yadda...

Only no, now there's more pain and other things too. After a few pressure checks that had me screaming like the dentist patient in 'Finding Nemo', she is now thoroughly convinced it's a kidney stone, but possibly a gall stone too.

So fun times, I'm doped up on painkillers and woozy as hell.

I won't be drawing in my recovery time, I hope you all understand. Mack Mod, out!

It’s repaired!

Just reinstalling programs and recovering data now, had to get a new hard drive installed.

My computer broke :’(

I’ve never had a major issue with this laptop but the disc drive just gave up the ghost today. It won’t even power on now.

I really hope this doesn’t cost a fortune to repair and that I can recover my work. I have way too much to lose on this. Everything from family photos to artwork and photography…

He’s 2 years old now and will be attending school next year. He may look more like his mother, but he’s certainly interested in filling my horseshoes as a blacksmith someday!

They made me breakfast in bed all by themselves! ...with a little guidance from their mother, of course.

Our honeymoon brought us many moments of nostalgia, but it also brought with it a lesson from an unlikely friend.

I’ve come to learn that family can mean many things now. Not just who you are related to, but also who you come to cherish around you. Friends and family can be one in the same, so long as we let those around us get close. 

Speaking of those around us, my friends featured are as follows:

Russel Sprout and Sweet Peach; my parents in law.

Chic Pea and Aíne; my wife and daughter.

Djose; one of Ponyville’s proud medics.

Gadget Steelmare; my friendly rival in blacksmithing.

Fuselight; the inventor whose help I’ve needed more than I should have!

Chip; a sweet mare who bakes even sweeter treats.

Iwa; a very tall and shy pony who’s only just settled in town.

Butterscotch; a delightful mare who owns one of the local floral stores.

That’s the end of my honeymoon story, but not the end of mine. I hope you all have enjoyed this chapter and I look forward to join you all for more!

Mack-Mod has moved to England!

Hello peeps! For those wondering where I’ve been with this new update I’m very much alive and that, just had alot to do since I got back from England at Easter. Since then I’ve transferred jobs to a store 5 minutes from my fiancé’s house and moved in with him too!

Things will get started with drawing again tomorrow as I’ll be off work. Hopefully I’ll get a good chunk of it done and ready. See you all soon!
