"Oh, you mean Eden? To be honest, I found them quite a while back during one of my regular runs in the forest around the sanctuary. I make it a point to check for any wounded Pokémon, and Eden... Well, they were... pretty badly wounded. Somehow, they weren't able to call any more cells to their body. So I've done my best to help them however I can."
Cryst sat down, thinking everything over for a while, mostly just trying to remember specific details about that day. "Truthfully, they've been with me the longest out of everyone in my current team. Long as I can remember, really. Though I don't know exactly how long it's been since we met. The years just sorta blur together..."
"Hey. Sorry if its a bit weird to ask, but what'd you mean by keeping watch over the world? It sounds like the kind of thing I'd expect to come out of Eden."
“It’s like, what does the world mean to you?” Silvan replied simply.
“My world is my family. My home. But watching the ‘world’ is a way of saying I’m looking for the world I will rule.”
It was something that was giving them some cause for concern. What was their world? They didn’t know yet.
“I don’t know who I’ll rule over yet, but I’m sure I’ll find someone, somehow.”
Just reply to this post if you want an ask from either Cryst or one of the characters on here. Though I'd definitely appreciate if you have an Ask Hints thing handy so I have an idea of what to send in.
And while I'd definitely appreciate an ask in return, it isn't mandatory!
Okay, dumbass me forgot I had replies set to "following only". Sorry about that. I'll just... take the likes to the post during that time as a response to this.

Hey guys, Day here. So, there's a few things that I want to quickly go over while I get all of this set up.
Tl;dr:
I've been burnt out on everything for over half a year.
This is slower and relaxed. No big overarching adventure.
I will get back to Phantom Guild eventually.
I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.
Why've you been gone so long?
Let's just say between events at the end of last year that I won't name and Tumblr's continued enshittification, I've had less and less drive to use the site. Not to mention the massive drought in energy for most of the year that left me even unable to even begin my commissions for months until recently.
Hopefully though, I intend to get the creative energy flowing again, using this blog as a jumping board.
What is this blog?
This is a slower, more relaxed writing blog, as opposed to my art-focused ones. There's no massive adventure or big bad to defeat. I partially inspired the general basis of this blog off of Janobii's Shaymin Café blog, specifically the more relaxed nature of it.
I do this partially because I think I was stressing myself out worrying about getting a basis for the entire story that made sense and just kept worrying and adjusting and worrying and adjusting. It was a fruitless cycle that ultimately went nowhere.
The characters here are a collection of old-ass characters from my really old RP days. Specifically, around 2017. Though there might be occasional pop-ups from other characters in my roster. Who knows?
The overall themes of this blog are also my way of attempting to process some of my years of trauma.
Phantom Guild?
I will return to it. Eventually. Right now, I think I just need a more relaxed blog. There are some big character details, especially for Cryst herself, that I'm keeping in my back pocket. But there's no overarching story or narrative.
Right now, my plans for it include the finale of Chapter 2, the rest of Chapter 3 exploring EX-01 and some of Dracaena's history, and the next arc's chapters exploring Mint in a lot more detail.
Overall,
I'm gonna try to get back some of the energy I've lost this year and hopefully, things will start picking up again. I said at one point that I'd stick around until this site implodes, and I'm sticking to that.
There might be lulls in activity for days, weeks, or even months, but I'm always here, in one form or another. And nobody's going to stop me.
It was the same dream she'd had so many times... She was drifting into the depths of a lake... or something like it. There was a light at the bottom, and she could almost feel other presences around her, trying to tell her something. Though she couldn't quite make them out.
Eventually, everything was engulfed in pure white, until finally, she woke up once again on her bed, Sol curled up on her lap. She turned towards the window; the first flickers of morning beginning to shine through the dense foliage overhead. It was a new day. She put a calm hand on the Lycanroc's back.
"Sol, can you please get off of me?" she asked, gently shaking the Lycanroc. Not long after, he blinked awake and, getting the message just by looking at her tired expression, he hopped off of her blanket, finally freeing her from her fluffy prison.
"Sorry, y'know how comfortable it is around you," Sol apologized, tail tucked between his legs. Were it his old trainer, he'd expect a lash, or something worse, but instead, all he got was a gentle rub on the head. Finally, the canine relaxed a bit, his tail beginning to wag slowly behind him.
"It's okay. I'm not mad. In a way, it's comforting for me too, having my friends close by."
With that, she finally hopped up off the bed and began her regular morning routine. Shower, teeth, clothes, cleaning up yesterday's clothes, and finally hanging them outside to dry.
"Now... What to do today...?" Cryst pondered to herself, staring out into the dense forest.
