The tricky thing is you never know what this requirement is because it’s different for every single egg, even eggs of the same species have different requirements. Mom said in her past life, Kiki’s egg hatched when she left it in space for a bit, but in this life, her egg hatched when I accidentally dropped it in Lake Valor. So who knows!”
