Look into the spinner. Look deeply into the spinner. Watch closely as it slowly spins and spins. Notice how pretty it is as it slowly swirls. It’s starting to look pretty to you. So pretty, that it’s beginning to put you at ease. It’s becoming more difficult to take your eyes off of it. All of your stress and worries are leaking out. Your starting to feel a lot calmer and calmer as you watch the spinner. You are becoming very relaxed. Your mind is starting to grow more blank that there is nothing for you to think about. All that is in your mind is this pretty spinner. You’re starting to slowly fall deeper and deeper into a trance. This trance is starting to make you feel peaceful. The deeper the trance, the better you feel. You can feel your whole body sinking down as you slowly go deep. Your mind is empty. Your body is numb. Your feeling totally relaxed. You are now going into a deep trance. You are getting sleepy. Very, very sleepy. Your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier. You cannot keep them open any longer. You are now falling into a deep sleep.
