I don’t know why capcom keep making gimmick based huge monsters when they (nearly) perfected the big monster formula in 4U. Gogmazios.

The reason its such a fondly remembered fight is because its just a normal hunt. There’s no “I’m walking slowly towards a goal-oh no I’m dead.”

No fish shaver 3 ultimate.

No “I only have 3 positions I can be in.”

Gogmazios is an old school type fight with a fun arena with good interactivity to give you the upper hand. Sure its a reskinned gore but its still more fun than Dala or Zorah.

Stop trying to re-invent heavens wheel and just stick to what works.

Interesting take, but I actually found the Gogmazios quest extraordinarily stressful. It was a small area for such a massive creature. Made it difficult to fight it in my opinion, especially when I would get stuck in the tar.

On the other hand, Dalamadur was super fun for me! Sure it didn’t move quite as much and it certainly was tedious, but I hunted Dalamadur multiple times just for fun. Even solo’d it!

And as for “fish shaver 3 ultimate”, I’m assuming you mean Ceadeus. I enjoyed that battle too! The initial chase and trying to cut off its beard, I will admit, is annoying. The fight in the third area though? Pretty exciting in my eyes.

Anyway the point I’m trying to make here is that it depends on the taste of the player really.

Didn’t much care for Gogmazios either. Like op said, it was a reskinned and sized up Shagaru. Which is hilarious since Shagaru was actually way more fun to hunt.

Dalamadur was fun too since it (along with Dahren) felt more interactive since you were able to climb on it and attack its head or back.

I think everyone can agree that Cadeus’ first phase was tedious, but imo it was worth it for that awesome second phase. One of my most memorable hunts in all the Monster Hunter games I’ve played.

As for this newly revealed monster, although I don’t have a console to play World and will have to wait until PC release, I do like the take of it and hope to see more of it and maybe experience hunting a few myself.

I love battle couples ok.

Fighting side by side. Trusting each other completely. Trying to protect each other. Casual banter in the middle of a fight. Their teamwork. Sparring each other to keep their skills sharp. Getting uncontrollably angry if the other gets hurt. Kissing each other when they’re victorious.

I seriously have a thing for battle couples.

Since my bank account is in the negatives I need funds to get that negative to a positive again, then extra money just to make sure I don't go back in debt anytime...

I wouldn’t usually do this but I’m getting desperate. The long-short of it is I’m way in debt, jobless, and getting no help at all from family. I wish I had a job already so I wouldn’t have to do this but luck just hasn’t been good to me. Any amount provided would be very appreciated, and I’ll be sure to keep you guys posted and let you know when I reach my goal.
