Last evening I was doing another study, drew a Seikret head en-face, calling it a day. Today's was "draw the whole heckin' owl" time and, while at it, threw some color picked lazy slap for once in 10000 years for practice. I usually avoid colors and lighting but it wasn't that bad as I thought it would be! And for the sake of it, just the lines for the Seikret. Much more lively in basic color and shading - and that actually makes me a little sad I threw most of my skill points into sketching and lines over the years. I have a lot of catching up to do if I ever get to learn it properly.
