Harold was in the middle of a sale, well, if you could call it that. The was certain the person was about to pull a gun on him, but it wasn't the worst someone had done. Either way, that was the least of his concerns when a child's voice rang out, confusion clear in his face. He turned to face them, only to almost fall when he realized just how tall one of them was. He knew he wasn't the tallest, but this... Bomb? Was he a bomb? Well. This was certainly new.

"... Are you two alright?"

It would be easier to catch them if they were larger, they would have less places to run, but they probably weren’t as strong as the larger anomalies he dealt with. Not to mention he wouldn’t take up as much space. His facility wasn’t an infinite pocket dimension, and he only has so much room. He pulled out his tranq gun, no need to get aggressive just yet. “Hello. You’re coming with me, no negotiating.” Straight to the point, as always. - @ask-the-angry-puffball

They had been missing for a while. She didn’t understand that this small cloud child was in fact actually dangerous. She wouldn’t be able to tell so she just… went along with it.

Oh….. oh dear. She blinks, slowly processing this. Ah jeez well going out was a mistake. Her expression wavers from confusion to slight fear. Ah mom warned her about strangers… good Job Hazy. She looks to the side… well since there’s no option-

“Th-there’s no need for force… I’ll do it…” Not like I have many options…

He nodded, smirking. “That’s what I thought, come with me.” He set off into the containment focused part of the base, going towards some of the more hospitable rooms. She had agreed to work for him after all, and she was far from the most dangerous anomaly they had in their custody. He stopped at a locked metal door, opening it with a handprint sensor. The room behind it was a bit small, but it was nice. The walls were a faded pastel yellow, and there was a faded red and yellow circular rug in the middle. It had a decently large bed with good quality sheets and pillows, and various other furnishings. The blanket was colored a light yellow and the wood was a light brown. There was a set of two large, faded red, upholstered chairs in the left corner by the foot of the bed and a light wooded wardrobe next to it on the far wall opposite to the door. There was a similar looking vanity on the right wall as well as a closet in the back right corner, both facing left. He motioned for her to step inside. “You’ll be staying here. Someone will bring you food at scheduled intervals and you will be called on as needed. Questions?”

The ride to tgg was quick, fortunately, and they arrived within the hour. He hopped back out, taking her into the building. It was all painted white with a grey floor and was brightly lit. “Now, what are your abilities? What can you do?” Knowing would be necessary for her containment, and besides, he hated being caught off guard. He led her into a medium sized room. It had a low medical bed and various cabinets and tables. He walked over to look through the cabinets, motioning for her to sit.

She blinks at the question. “I know I can fly…. Mom said I accidentally lit a room on fire when I got mad. And I know I can make people feel physically better faster.” She blinks and sits. What is going on???

He hummed, nodding as he grabbed a collar from the cabinet, closing it and walking up behind her. “How much faster, and how many people? Does it also work on yourself?” He clipped on the collar as he talked. It would prevent her from being able to run due to the tracker and built in tranq, and would be a good disciplinary tool if required due to the magical shock and trigger-activated spikes. (The shock wouldn’t do any permanent damage due to its magical nature, but it hurt just as much as the real thing). He thought on her abilities. The flying and her small size would make her an excellent scout, and having a healer would be quite useful to him. Even if she could only heal minor things it would still be a good creature to have in his pocket. And she seemed easy to manipulate, though he had a feeling she didn’t quite know what was going on. No matter, she would bend to his will regardless. Or else.

“Uh I know it normally would take an hour if like someone broke an arm? Maybe two?? Roughly 2 minutes for a scrape. The more people the longer it takes tho. Like 2 to 3 at a time…” She blinked. “Excellent.” He stepped back, moving to stand in front of her. Speech time. “You are now officially in the custody of my organization, The Greater Good. It is a group dedicated to capturing and dealing with dangerous anomalies such as yourself. You may not think you’re dangerous, but you are. It is the opinion of various professionals that those such as yourself require specific supervision as to not cause chaos or unfortunate accidents. Fortunately for you we are merciful, and will grant certain anomalies additional permissions based on specific threat level and good behavior. Some anomalies are suited to work for us in capturing or containing others, and are thus recruited. Said anomalies will receive improved living conditions and further freedoms if their addition to our forces is of their own free will.” He took a breath. “And that brings us back to you. Are you going to work for me willingly or must I force you?” He tilts his head a bit, satisfied with his speech and certain that he was both intimating and convincing enough to sway her.

Hazy blinks, tilting her head in confusion. “… ok?” She didn’t understand why. She was only sitting on a bench, trying to take a break from looking for her parents once more. They had been missing for a while. She didn’t understand that this small cloud child was in fact actually dangerous. She wouldn’t be able to tell so she just… went along with it.
