This is an ask blog for the OCs in a story I am creating. The main four characters will always be available for asks, but special cameos might appear every now and then. The story takes place in a world much like ours. The only difference being that magic is everywhere. Everyone is born with at least one kind of effect magic, and can learn new spells as they age. There arenāt like. Superheroes or anything, life just carries on as normal. Magic is a key part of society, however. Firefighters are trained to learn water magic, for example. Because of how common magic is, weapons like Guns are much less common, leading to a much more peaceful lifestyle, as magic has to be *extremely* powerful to actually fatally injure anyone. Iām sure thereās more to it that I forgot to put here, but this is about as much as you need to know story-wise to understand how things work. CHARACTER PROFILES
Glowi! 16 Years old, He/They. Glowi is an alien that crash landed on the planet the story takes place on. Heās lost his memory of his past life and decided to stick with the group until he found his way home! Glowi is decently smart, but is lacking any magic powers at all. To solve this, he uses the discarded Mana Residue created from magic spell to power a device that can cast the spells for him.Ā
Cirrus! 12 years old, He/Him. Cirrus is a kid that just wants to learn some magic spells and grow up to be a professional treasure hunter! Cirrus specializes in healing magic, however since his magic powers are underdeveloped, he cannot use them as much as others. Cirrus was the one that found Glowi, and since the two first met, theyāve had a bond like brothers. The two share a very childish personality and find themselves getting into a lot of mischief.
Sola! 14 Years, He/They Sola is a Jester working for a circus run by his greedy boss. Heās very skilled with magic, as heās been studying it for as long as he can remember. Solaās magic is comprised of Fire and Wind magic. Sola is very polite to all that he meets, and tries to keep a soft, friendly attitude wherever he goes.
Gleaden! 20 Years old, He/Him. Gleaden was a street performer for most of his life, until Sola found him and got him hired into the circus he works at. Gleaden and Sola have become the closest friends ever since, with it being rare you see one without the other. Gleaden is incapable of using any magic except for a harmless glitter effect, useful for performances. He makes up for this with incredible strength, which he uses to wield a large hammer. He doesnāt use it often, but it has become something of a comfort item to him. Gleaden is your standardĀ āOlder Brotherā type character. Heāll tease you every now and then, but if someone hurts you, you can trust heāll be there to kick some ass.
