Self taught how to read and write by watching through the window of schools, but finds it challenging as he’s undiagnosed dyslexic

he’s pretty “shy” compared to the other newsies, but also acts tough around them to sorta prove something

also pretty closed off

very much a “flight” response to danger, he immediately runs without a second thought

He’s a dancer and has a passion for dancing but isn’t able to get a professional teacher due to funds

(Her heart broke as she watched him, and she got a little closer, not making any sudden movements. She didn't quite know what was going on in his head, but, she had a few guesses.)

Life is gonna happen and the others are probably gonna get hurt. But- you wanna know something? The others are tough. Look-- here's Tommy Boy. And he's doing just fine.
