Hello Everyone!

Hi guys, this is a collective blog for 5 people who are just Via's old friends from the @askvia blog.

Actions will be in black and speaking will be in "". To differentiate between the people talking/posting, I will be using 5 different colors Maxxie is the oldest at 16 and uses all pronouns Gene is the 2nd oldest, and 15, she uses she/her Theo is 14 and uses he/him Vesper is also 14 and uses he/him And finally, Joan is 13 and uses he/him

Well you are still staying in my mansion, holidays are approaching. It would be simply rude to exclude you guys because of somthing like blood.

"We won't be able to get anything in return, especially anything you all don't already have." *Maxxie didn't want them to get into a deal where they'd be expected to give something they don't have*

That is alright. I don't need anything except to know what you guys may want. I'd rather not shop last minute. Voids knows I'll have a lot of cooking to do.

"...We always could use some new shoes." *Maxxie said hesitantly. His sneakers had holes in them, same with all the other kids.* "I could help you cook if you want, as a thank you" *Gene offered from behind* "Water bottles would be cool as well, and maybe some first aid"

[Theres an unfamiliar teen roaming the base. He looks slightly nervous. Kind of just looking around. He had a set of very nice looking moth wings on his back, and the same sandy hair as Spore. And... his skin looks similar to them too.]

[Grian thinks he's so sneaky. Its not theft if its from his future self! Plus how much will they really miss some basic resources? If... he can find them.]

[Grian, surprisingly, is in rather good shape. Still fairly scrawny, but with color to his skin, and brushed hair, and no visible bruises. Even is there is some concerning scars on his wrists and knees.]

[He just sighs. Gotta make this conversation as short as possible. He needs to comit some minor theft.]

“actually no, my ki- is Spore’s daughter though- Via if you know her. Our friend got hurt so Spore is letting him recover here. What are you doin here though? Are you here to see Spore?”

Actually no. I'm- I'm kinda hopeing I dont see them here at all. I need to... borrow some things. They know me! I know them! Kinda- our- our relationship is weird. It's weird.

“Ohhh you’re here to borrow things gottchya” Maxxie nodded with a smirk and a wink “Steal from the rich, give to ourselves ‘cause people like us need it”

“So what are you borrowing. Not stealing, definitely not stealing, borrowing definitely. No crimes here”

Well- its complicated. They can't get mad at me, sooooo.

“Fair enough, I doubt they’ll notice or care. Why do you need that anyway? I’m sure Spore would just give you some if you asked” Maxxie noticed the scars and raised an eyebrow and smirked “Hey we’re twins” He pulls up his hoodie and reveals several scars along her torso

I... dont want to talk to them face to face. I'd really rather not.

[He does look at the scars briefly.]

Huh. I guess so. Im sorry.

[He lifts a sleeve, showing scars that trail up and down. They almost look self inflicted. Almost. Along the wrist is one that looks deep, not fully healed yet.]

“Don’t worry man, I’m not an open book exactly. And neither did I. Mine are from fights, and a stupid childhood. Who did this to you?” Maxxie’s voice as casual, calm, he knew if he pushed to hard, a jumpy guy like Grian would run off.

A friend. I guess. Would I call him a friend? Hell if I know.

[Grian shrugs, pulling back down his sleeve to cover most of it once more. One can only imagine how much of it covers him.]

Probably not. But if there were nobody else around for me he's who I'd turn to.

“That guy sounds like a piece of garbage. You should punt him into an early grave” A boy from behind Grian said dryly. A scar on his eye and a few diamonds in his pockets peaking out

Via bolts up in bed as her breathing labored. Looking at her 2nd story window, her head started to spiral.

The walls seem to close around her, the soft dark oak walls turning gray as her bed turns a pale white.

Without thinking Via opens the window and starts to climb out, trying to get out

[Thanks to the mushrooms, Spore knows whats going on. And they knock on the door before entering.]

Via? Is everything alright?

[Spore hums at the head shake, setting the broken shards off to the side to glue together later.]

[They wrap a wing around him at the panicked breathing.]

Breath. Breath for me please. Nobody is getting hurt. You're okay.

“Please- please don’t hurt them” He starts to cry a little bit, trying not too, but as the wing wraps around him Vesper can’t help but cry wholeheartedly.

I'm not going to. I never will.

[Spore shifts over, so if Vesper needs it, they can hold onto him a little better. Give him that reassuring bear hug.]

Vesper hesitantly holds onto her tightly, hiding his face in her chest, silent sobs wracking his body

[ask-mother-spore]

[Spore rocks as they hold onto him. They pat his back softly, letting him sit there for as long as needed. Just rocking silently.]

“m’ sorry, I-I just don’t know why you’re letting us stay here, we- we aren’t doing anything to help, we’re just freeloading from you. That or you’re planning to hurt us”

[ask-mother-spore]

Well... it started just out of convenience. Via wanted to see you all. She was worried. So I thought the best way to do that would be to bring you all here. And then I saw you guys needed help and... I guess I'm somthing of a bleeding heart.

[Spore chuckles a little.]

I don't want to hurt any of you. Not in the slightest.

“…thank you” He mumbles, his breathing even by this point, but he makes no move to pull away. “…Sorry about dinner”

[ask-mother-spore]

[Spore just hums, still rocking.]

Its okay. I figures something like this would happen. You think you're ready to try again though?

“…” Vesper shakes his head a little “Do you have any bread?”

[ask-mother-spore]

I do, yes.

[They wait a moment.]

Is the spaghetti too much? I'm sorry. I should have thought about what foods you'd be used to. I can get you a loaf.

“No it’s- it’s okay it’s not that. I jusy, I don’t like not being able to use utensils. It’s embarrassing.” He mumbles to himself, his hands shaking a bit, he felt almost humiliated failing to do something literal toddlers do daily

Ahhh... its alright. We'll stick to foods you can use your hands to eat for now. Ease you into silverware.

[Theres no shame in Spore's voice.]

“…” He just nods a little, clearly still ashamed at his lack of knowledge in a lot of things; it was obvious it was more than just the silverware. “Thanks”

[ask-mother-spore]

Of course. We can either go back now, or wait a little. Whichever is more okay with you. To get you something you can actually eat.

[They're smiling a little again. Finally they stop rocking. Though still ate holding him.]

“I-I think I’d like to be alone now,” He says softly, hesitantly pulling away, he wishes he could stay there forever but he knew he couldn’t

[ask-mother-spore]

That's okay.

[Spore allows him to. Getting up themselves to pick up what was thrown on the ground previously off the shelf.]

If you want me, or anyone else, just shout.

Vesper nods and helps clean up before laying in bed

[Spore exits. Going back to the dining room and washing their hands befire sitting down once more.]

“Is he… okay?” Maxxie asked seemingly calmly just extremely worried. Via and the other kids seemed nervous but much calm r seeing how in-control Maxxie was in

Well... it started just out of convenience. Via wanted to see you all. She was worried. So I thought the best way to do that would be to bring you all here. And then I saw you guys needed help and... I guess I'm somthing of a bleeding heart.

“No it’s- it’s okay it’s not that. I jusy, I don’t like not being able to use utensils. It’s embarrassing.” He mumbles to himself, his hands shaking a bit, he felt almost humiliated failing to do something literal toddlers do daily

[They're smiling a little again. Finally they stop rocking. Though still ate holding him.]

“I-I think I’d like to be alone now,” He says softly, hesitantly pulling away, he wishes he could stay there forever but he knew he couldn’t

Via bolts up in bed as her breathing labored. Looking at her 2nd story window, her head started to spiral.

The walls seem to close around her, the soft dark oak walls turning gray as her bed turns a pale white.

Without thinking Via opens the window and starts to climb out, trying to get out

[Spore hums at the head shake, setting the broken shards off to the side to glue together later.]

[They wrap a wing around him at the panicked breathing.]

Breath. Breath for me please. Nobody is getting hurt. You're okay.

“Please- please don’t hurt them” He starts to cry a little bit, trying not too, but as the wing wraps around him Vesper can’t help but cry wholeheartedly.
