Look at her. Tell me that girl is not a song of burning.

Some women choose to follow men, and some women choose to follow their dreams. If you’re wondering which way to go, remember that your career will never wake up and tell you that it doesn’t love you anymore.

//Okay. Let me just settle this for once and all. Literally right now my inbox is just filled with ship asks w/ characters ranging from Noxians to just completely irrelevant champions. I get it, you ship Varus and that character (I’m not going to judge you), BUT PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT JSUT BECAUSE YOU SHIP THEM, DOESN’T MEAN THAT I DO. I think I’ve said this before but, I do not yet plan for my Varus to have romantic affairs with anyone- not at least on this blog, (but I do shipping with other ppl through skype n’ all)…I’m just, upset that nearly ¾ of my asks are shipping related– it’s getting really boring tbh. I’m sorry if I sound like an asshole. I’m open for any other kind of interactions, just…not romantic ones, it’s actually a pretty touchy subject for Varus, considering what had happened to his wife and Theshan.
But yeah, I’m done ranting now. Thanks for reading anyways hhh!
[The mun’s a friend and was getting so upset about having only shipping questions in his inbox that I sent this in just for him to have a chance to remind EVERYONE that his muse is not available for shipping/does not love anyone romantically. Reblogging here as a gentle reminder that Morgana is also not open for shipping but I’m happy to get asks about anything and everything else.]
“Why should I waste my time feeding kills to someone else when I am so capable of taking them myself? In mid, their CC and magic damage have no chance against my Black Shield. In top, my range destroys theirs and my snare stops them in their tracks. Let others feed those vainglorious marksmen who can’t even make it through the first twenty minutes of the game alone.
I rule supreme - and solo.”

A Little Something
He wasn’t quite sure what he expected to see in the shop owned by the fallen angel but he was pretty sure it wasn’t all of this. The decoration was light and cheerful, the lighting only adding to the charm, and it all seemed to go well together, like a puzzle fitted together by a pair of very precise hands. It made him, the diligent general of Noxus, feel somewhat out of place.
Other customers were there but they all seemed to be content, sitting at tables with the treats they’d already bought. That just left him and the fallen angel who ran the shop, Morgana. Darius didn’t often speak with her and they weren’t friends, but they certainly were not enemies either.
At her greeting, he returned a similar one with a nod as he had come to stop at the counter, somewhat distracted by all the pastries and things within it. “Hello… I just came to get something small for a special occasion.” Perhaps he should just get one of the cupcakes and be on his way. That seemed like the simplest choice. It wasn’t like he was planning on a big party or entertaining guests. Just something for himself.
“What sort of special occasion?” She asked, already running through possible options in her head. Not Draven’s birthday, certainly - with Draven’s celebrity status, everyone knew when the Glorious Executioner was having his birthday party. Could it be a love affair’s anniversary, perhaps? It was difficult to imagine the solemn Hand of Noxus in any sort of romantic relationship but humans seemed to be drawn to pair-bond with each other. “As you can see, we have quite a selection. If you could tell me what the occasion is, perhaps I could recommend something.” She gestured at the rows of perfectly iced and decorated pastries, her long fingered hands sweeping over the tops of the glass cases to indicate the variety of desserts that were available for Darius’ delection. There was a small tray of cookie samples on top of the counter, each cubed little piece of cookie holding a chip of dark chocolate. She pushed the tray towards Darius one hand, offering him a faint smile as she did so. “Here. Sample this - it’s a new recipe I’m trying.” It should make the cookies soft and chewy, deliciously moist and not overly sweet.

Darius had heard a few good things about Morgana’s shop, Sinful Succulence, and today was as good as any day for him to go and see for himself how well she baked. Most days, he wouldn’t go out of his way for such indulgences, but since today was his birthday, he might as well. He had the time.
Approaching the shop in Noxus, he opened the door to be greeted with the immediate smell of baked goods and the chime of a bell at the top of the door. Stepping inside, Darius closed the door behind himself quietly and he walked slowly forward into the shop, gazing around at all of the options, which were in abundance.
Sinful Succulence was beautifully decorated in shades of pale blue and lavender with wooden chairs painted in white. Each table had a dessert menu and on a board that hung behind the counter, a list of drinks was written in Morgana’s copperplate handwriting. Behind glass walls. rows of delicate pastries and cookies awaited the customers, each labeled with their name and price. The customers who were seated there had already bought their treats from the counter, leaving Morgana to greet Darius. Her wings twitched as she watched him gaze at the treats; she hadn’t seen him before in the shop and from his reputation, he wasn’t a man to indulge himself often in the sort of exquisite delights she made. What had brought him here? “Hello,” she greeted him with a little dip of her head, wings shifting so that the light spilled over the floor like blue gauze where it shone through. “Welcome to Sinful Succulence. What are you in the mood for today?” Sometimes her clients let her select treats for them, thinking that a fallen angel would have an especial insight into their soul. Morgana had no such skills, however, but she did know what she’d made with the most enjoyment. Those were always her recommendations for if she loved making something, how could they not love how it tasted?
[Business card for ask-victorious-morgana‘s Sinful Succulence. Went for classy, pale colors, clear chocolate-box like font. The cupcake makes it clear what sort of shop it is, the address is there but not the opening hours because her opening hours vary and it’s meant to be very harmonious and understatedly elegant.]

たい焼き立ったの巻 (by SweetsTales)
Morgana had been unsure if she should save her own deliveries for last or make them first. First meant she would be fresh and they’d have the whole day to enjoy their gifts from her but last meant she could stop and talk to them instead of having to rush off to deliver more gifts. In the end, she’d compromised on taking a mid day break to deliver some of hers, intending to save the others for the end of the day. She knocked on Leona’s door, holding the box of cookies against her chest. The opaque light blue box had the trademark pale lavender ribbons of Sinful Succulence binding it shut, concealing the sunshaped cookies she’d so carefully iced. The fallen angel hadn’t really expected Leona to guard her when she’d asked. She’d expected to be rejected, to have Leona side with Kayle’s cause. That Leona had actually agreed and then done her best for her.. Well. Morgana had been deeply touched. A box of handmade, personalized cookies seemed like a fitting show of her gratitude on this day that celebrated good hearts.
Leona was not expecting any visitors that day. Deliveries perhaps but never visitors so when she opened her door to see a familiar face, the Solari was confused and surprised as it was someone she never expected to come and visit her during this day.
"Morgana?" asked the woman, her usual radiant smile replaced with a bemused look as she blinked at her visitor.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?" continued the Sun Knight when she was finally able to regain her bearings before turning to look behind the woman. She was alone. "Would you like to come in?" Leona asked nonchalantly with her usual warm smile.
"I brought you some cookies for Heartseeker's Day as a token of my gratitude." She tilted her head to a side slightly, giving Leona a smile. "I know it is a day most often reserved for lovers but I could not find any similar celebration for friends, so I thought perhaps today was the closest approximation and you would not take it amiss were I to bring you something." Besides, she had seen so many people be unhappy because they were ignored or giftless on Heartseeker's Day. Even if it wasn't a romantic gesture, surely Leona would appreciate the cookies all the same? It would at least mean she wouldn't feel forgotten on this day that seemed to be so important to mortals. She held out the box towards Leona, then paused at the other's words, her brilliant azure eyes reflecting just a hint of uncertainty as she half-lowered her eyelids. Morgana hadn't expected to be invited in. She'd thought that Leona would accept the cookies, perhaps thank her for them, and then expect Morgana to be on her way. The hospitality that she was being offered was not something Morgana could turn down by the rules of her culture and besides, she was a little curious as to the customs of these people. "...Thank you." She tucked her wings back to make sure they wouldn't brush against the lintel and stepped inside.
How many valentines requests have you gotten all in all for that pastry sending thing o-o?
"At the moment, 55. I’m surprised it’s so few - I thought Heartseeker’s Day was a more popular holiday."
"It would’ve been 56, but… It would’ve been corny to send a pastry adressed to yourself." Elise said, as he presented her with a little gingerbread man, which seemed amateurly made. "I-I made this for you.. Happy Valentines.."
"Oh, I did not think to count the orders people placed for me. Then it would be 58, I believe." Morgana tilted her head to a side as she accepted the gingerbread man with both hands in a gesture of respect for the gift and the giver. She smiled down at it, running her thumbs over the small eyes and adorably uneven buttons. "It is a very sweet gift. Thank you." She needed to give him something in return, didn't she? Fortunately, she had just the thing. She reached down behind the counter and selected a small bag of heart shaped cookies that she placed onto the counter. "Here, please enjoy these as a Heartseeker's gift."
Which messages made you laugh the most? What were some of the best and/or cheesiest ones? Can you compile some?
There were some lovely messages but I'm not sure how people would feel about having their private sentiments shared. Even if I removed their names, it would still be their most personal, heartfelt thoughts that I was sharing with the world.Of course, if they were to give me permission, that would be quite a different matter.
Have you finished sending all the Valentine's?
"There were only a few people whom I didn’t manage to locate. It was quite a hectic day but ultimately successful. Everyone looked so happy to receive their gifts."
