Rodger

"The detective who risked his life to save Toodles many floors after Glisten was infected and is now in a deep sleep while his body slowly heals."

Rodger was almost crushed by Tisha and barely survived, the detective was put into a deep sleep by Novalite while his injuries heal but that doesn't put him out of detective work as Novalite visits Rodger in his dreams to put the pieces together on how to cure the infected Toons.

Glisten

"The only Twisted Toon that is still in control of his actions, his help has helped with the cure efforts a lot."

Glisten had gotten infected by Shelly while protecting Toodles from Shelly attacking her, while he's not all flair and using a façade to hide his true self, it's still the Glisten we all know and love, he gets along well with the other Toons that visit his room where he's quarantined very well.

Brusha

"The artist who didn't even get a chance to say "I'm sorry" properly to the one she hurt."

Brusha was the first to be rescued by Novalite and Dandy and brought up to the lobby, however she is full of regrets and has taken Tisha's position as the cleaner until Tisha is cured. Brusha hasn't been sleeping well nor has she done any drawing or painting ever since she was brought back up and has thoroughly washed the paint from her bristles to prevent making anymore messes.

Astro Novalite

"The one who restarted the cure effort when all hope was thought to be lost"

Novalite is the de facto leader of the group and plans most of the runs to find surviving untwisted Toons and gather knowledge on the Dandy's twisted friends, not to mention get Dyle a list of what needs to be brought in each week by the trains. Despite his appearance, he is not actually Astro, but someone who was at the wrong place at the wrong time with his own friends, had Dandy not saved him when he did, Novalite would have been in a casket.
