I do still believe it is the best way to change the world, to be rid of ignrance.

However, dealing with the problem extremely won't help anyone, I know that now. There's no such power that will allow me to abolish ignorance in one fell swoop.

Do you have any medical knowledge? If not, would like get to acquire some? Why or why not?

I don't have much. It is something useful to know, but the extent of mine does not go further than first aid for dehydration victims, stab wound victims, CPR, and other such basic procedures, as well as basic anatomical knowledge.

I sometimes entertained the thought of being a doctor, but it's never been more than a curiosity.
