Gala looked up to Alpha and smiled “Gala is fine! Just have huge eyebrows!” She hugged his ped.

“I’m glad”

He crouched down and pat her head

“I think they look good on you”

Gala giggled at the head pats “thank you alphy! Gala thought it would look weird cause it was on her face!” She finished touching her eyebrows.

He smiled and booped her nose

“So...how’s it feel?”

Gala stared at the picture of weird kittens for a while. They were red and had bushy tails,but were still cute! The “kitten” currently was burrowing a hole in the ground. Strange

“So fluffy! I wonder... maybe if I ask Papa he could get me one!”

“Weird kittens.” Gala shows h the screen.

Alpha moved over to see better

“They are pretty cute though”

As a roleplayer of any kind, you are NOT obligated to reply to another’s timeframe!

As a roleplayer of any kind, it is OK to take a mental breather and focus on you!

As a roleplayer of any kind, it is OK to drop a thread if it has become taxing on yourself, it’s run it’s course or you’re not feeling it anymore!

As a roleplayer of any kind, it’s absolutely OK if you decide to prioritise your work, school or family/friends over replies!

As a roleplayer of any kind, you’re allowed to be selective with who you roleplay with!

As a roleplayer of any kind, you don’t have to reply to every single reply/ask if you feel overwhelmed!

None of the above make you a bad person.

Roleplaying is not a job, or an obligation. If your muse has taken a hit or you’re struggling in another way, you’re allowed to “do you” for as long as you need. No one should make you feel bad for “not replying” or “disappearing.” Therefore, it is important to be considerate of others and accept that you are unlikely to know every detail of another’s RPers life or their individual stresses. As a roleplayer myself on tumblr, I’ve had a very mixed experience but also a very enjoyable one. It is discouraging at times when a thread is dropped by another that you really liked, but throwing your toys out of the pram because “they owe you” is petty.
