The Shadowguy's grin broadens. He takes his hat off his head, waving it towards you to greet you.

The Shadowguy has watched many Darkeners make ask blogs. Such highs and lows, thrills and blues - and after reading through so many of them, decided that he wanted to give it a go as well! Seems fun!

So, he went to his tech savvy friend and - much joy! - he was able to start one up with their help. He stands here now with a broad grin on his face, tipping his hat to greet the newest arrival to his blog.

Surely nothing will go wrong, he was sure. It was going to be a good time around, with much whimsy and joy! In fact, he is so excited -

- that before you go, he plays his saxophone for you! A quick little solo to send you out, so that - hang on, hang ON! You can't have them leave YET!!

We have to say the IMPORTANT things first! The rules! The expectations! The nitty gritty! The nittier and grittier! I get your excited, but this is just as important, Ravi! They've got to know what they CAN and CAN'T do!

I'll also have tags for certain things. If there's a reoccurring anon, for instance, # (adjective) anon, or if the mood's a bit of a downer one, then # (flat note). If I'm feeling particularly artistic, I might even animate some responses.

Hi everyone, mod here! College has been absolutely kicking my butt right now - no mercy whatsoever! 💔🥀... I haven't had enough time to make any animations for the asks I've received due to midterms and projects. But in about a week or two, I should have more free time! I just wanted to give you guys an update. Hiatus should conclude soon. Feel free to continue sending in asks, I'll answer all of them the second I have time!

Speaking of... here's a little something:

Given the Shadowguys are so passionate about music - particularly the jazz genre - I like to imagine they play more than just one instrument. Ravi in particular really likes playing the piano! I like the thought of Ravi having a keytar, the instrument itself gives me such a strong feeling of pure whimsy - right up their ally!

The Shadowguy assures you not to worry about how long you took. The parfait was well worth the wait! A solid ten out of ten. It was nice eating something that wasn't a TV Dinner for once... he was going to have to stop by the Cafe more often so he could try the rest of the menu. Expect to see him soon!
