Maintenance spankings on her messy nappy - not to correct any behaviour or make sure she’s good but just another daily reminder of how pathetic this girl really is. Having to endure an adult smushing around her mess while she kicks and cries like an oversized child, unable to get away, forced to be complacent with her daily punishment ritual: all because an actual adult deemed she needed to be treated like this. (Because making decision and taking care of herself was too much for her fuzzy girl brain to process.)
Depending on how well she takes her pathetic, humiliation ritual and forced to say “thank you for reminding me of my real place.” Afterwards, you could take mercy and send her off to play but more often if she’s been extra fussy and combative she can enjoy a nice long nap in her crib to cool off and wind down with her very dirty, smushy, messy and wet nappy instead. Another constant uncomfortable reminder of her rightful place.
