Things to know before we record!

No questions were asked, but i would still want to put some boundaries, rules, anything of that sort, before we start!

I am Italian, and English is not my first language!

Sometimes i might make some little mistakes, but i would love to have constructive criticism if that ever happened! I am always open to understand and adjust everything.

Now, let's go to some basic questions that you may be asking me while we get through the studio:

"Will there be canon relationships? Do the characters have set sexualities?"

No to both questions. For now i have no canon relationships in mind, shipping will be absolutely fine (but not between Bendy and Boris, as they consider one another as brothers!). I also would love to give representation, but i thought that you guys could give your own interpretation of the characters, so no, they do not have set sexualities either!

"Is NSFW art of the characters allowed?"

While i, the creator, am 20- i would not feel too comfortable with it. This kind of content is very easy to access for minors already, and it's best not to introduce it with the au.

"Can we roleplay as our characters?"

Of course! It's fun and totally fine! Have fun and enjoy your time.

"Can we have yumeships/selfships with the characters?"

Absolutely. I am a bit of a yumeshipper myself and i ADORE seeing the art people make. Don't feel ashamed to make content of your yumeship!

"Will there be more characters?"

I am glad to tell you all: yes! Through the asks, you guys could be able to unlock some new characters, even ones from other games or series (related to old cartoons)! This will take a while, as i would want to make content with the main cast first.

"What can we ask them?"

Anything that isn't too weird. You could give compliments, objects, or be silly! But also have respect./lh

Lil announcement

Not what you guys were expecting, probably... The project is a bit on hold because of my own mental health not being the best right now, and also the fact that i have burnout and i don't draw unless i want to. The blog is absolutely not discontinued! I will come back to it once i feel better with myself, that's a promise.

Alice - "Oh- my! Hello there! As you already know, i am Alice Angel, and i play... As myself! Well... All of us do, actually! The most curious thing is that we all kind of change appearance for our roles, especially me. That's how i am supposed to look like!"

Boris - "Greetings, i am Boris. A fun fact about me, you say...? Mhhh... Definitely cooking or baking. It's relaxing... Until my oven decides to not cooperate, that is! *Giggle*"

Bendy - "There is no way you know nothing of me, silly! I am the star of the show, even if Alice would disagree with this statement... Well, that's Bendy the Dancing Demon for you! Just like Alice, my body changes when recording, yet our fans know of our "middle" forms. I appreciate all of them, and i love signing autographs or tap dancing!"

What is Bendy in Backstage?

Since i decided to remake the blog, it should be fair i gave an explanation to the AU itself. This is a classic actors AU, where we see our three favourite toons explore the world behind the cartoon! It's set in the 1930 - 1950, and very much inspired by the aus made in 2017 by other creators.

Allison won't be here (for now) and neither will the lore, as this is mostly a passion project and i fear that in the future, i won't have time to develop a full storyline (this also depends on my private life as a whole). There will be more characters in the future, tho! For now, we will have Bendy, Boris and Alice! If i ever decide on developing lore, you will see some.

The designs are already sketched, nothing much changed if not my style- well, that will still change a lot i fear, since i have a very inconsistent art style. Soon enough i will upload the characters and a masterpost where everyone can navigate the future posts.
