Do you have any advice on how to, I guess, "cope" with a dysfunctional family? Not that your family is dysfunctional or anything, I just feel more comfortable asking you this for some odd reason. Also, the reason why I ask you on how to cope with this is because I have some mental health issues and they've been getting worse, and I don't want to turn to harming myself as a way of "coping". Sorry this is so long, I dont really have anyone to talk to about this, so I'm sorta just rambling :/

I’d say it’s good to find something you really enjoy, for example, music, a hobby or books, and use it whenever you feel down. I know you can get through this. :)
