Taking a seat, she looks over towards Finn with a smile; it was strange, she didn’t expect to be going back to New York so soon but she also knew that going back to NYADA and getting back to what she loved was something she needed to do. “So come on, is there anything you wanna talk about?” She raised a brow.

“I know Rachel, and I get that, trust me I do. Friends is fine, you know this, all I want for you is to go back to New York and enjoy the home you’ve been away from for a while, that’s it,” he told her, shoving his hands into his pockets. “I’m already been friendzoned and last time we talked you said I could have kissed you the day we sung out duet but I didn’t, so I was going with my gut feeling. That’s something you understand more than anyone, going with what feels right in the moment, I learned that from you, you know.”
“I’m always gonna question your intentions, it’s honestly becoming a habit but I am going back.” Letting out a sigh, she smiled lightly. “I’m just happy you’ve learn’t something from me, i’m taking that as an achievement. Jesse St James learning to go with gut instinct. Who knew?!” She spoke jokingly.

Nah. I’d rather not. Aside from Madison, the girl’s got pipes, but the rest of the team can’t hold a candle. How exactly do you plan on helping them from New York? You can’t really commit to anything with them when you’re not going to be here on a regular basis to make sure they succeed.
I think they are all amazing performers individually or as a group, if i’m being honest I don’t think the New Directions would have gone far without the Warblers and the Warblers wouldn’t have gone far without the New Directions but now they have both won as a team. So I think that’s amazing. I don’t need to be here on a regular basis to know that’s going to happen.

Okay one, i’m gonna ignore the meanness that just took place because I know you have stuff going on and when you’re upset you get mean. And two, is just I’m here but also because i’m going to New York and I know you aren’t coming for a while you can have my apartment in Lima if you like? The rent is paid a few months in advance.

No not at all. You wouldn’t be human if you didn’t Finn. I am going to be heading back to New York in a few days though and I think Kurt will be too. So I’m hoping you’ll take care of the Glee Club for us-Kurt probably will be back after a short while but I already know I can trust you with them.

[PM]: It doesn’t feel like home. New York is my home. I don’t want to bail on the kids, but I need to take of myself. I don’t think that I need to be in Ohio right now. I’ll gladly go to New York with you. I just want to figure out what exactly my next step is and the only thing I’m sure of is that it’s not in Lima.
[PM]: I agree, New York is home now. They’ll understand because at the end of the day, sometimes you have to think of yourself before anyone else. Like I said Finn will still be here in Lima and a few of the others so while we’re going they aren’t losing out. You’ll figure it out, you always do Kurt. So just concentrate on finding that other than anything else going on. And also keep in mind that i’m here, you’re my best friend and I love you.
PM: Congrats on the Regionals win. I'm heading back to New York in a couple days was going to see when you were going so maybe we could fly together. Santana can't leave Lima yet but I need to be there for Lord and Lady Tubbington and to start finding a job.

They definitely will win at Nationals. I know how you feel about me but I still was worried. You know what I’m like.
They will. I know how you are too well but you never needed to worry. I lost you once and I don’t want to lose you again..it’s as simple as that.

[PM]: It’s not your fault. But a drink or even a coffee might be nice. Blaine and I just had a conversation last night and it didn’t end exactly the way I hoped it would have. I said some things I shouldn’t have said and he kind of just shut down. Honestly, I love being able to coach the kids, but I don’t know if coming back to Lima was the right decision for me. I think it’s only made things worse.
[PM]: Then we’ll go for a drink or coffee. Oh i’m sorry that’s the case, like I’ve always said; I want you and Blaine happy no matter what that means. So the fact that you aren’t as happy as you could be is something I want to help change no matter what that takes. I know you do and you’re great at it but sometimes even I forget that Lima stopped being my home the second I left for New York after graduation. You came here for some of the same reasons I did because things weren’t great and who were you to know that the person you love would end up being with someone else. If you want to come back to New York with me when I go, you can..even if it’s just for a few days. I know Finn would be happy to take over coaching duties for a few days and I honestly just think you need it Kurt. It makes me sad to see you like this.
Congratulations to The New Directions/Warblers on a hard fought victory. I’m honored to know I played a small part in that. It’s also been a rough night so if anyone would like to volunteer to grab a drink or two with me, it would be greatly appreciated.
I’m here and if that’s what you need then lets do it, i’m just sorry that you’re feeling like this.
Well, it was down to us all. I know you are going to be heading back to New York but I don’t know. I did have doubts. I was away for quite a while so I wouldn’t have been surprised if you had chosen him. I am glad you chose me though.
I could not agree more. I am, i’m not sure when yet and hopefully it will be for NYADA but for now I’m just gonna be happy that the team won Regional’s and now can go on to get a win at Nationals. You know how I feel about you Finn, you’re my first love when it comes to you I’ll always choose that.
