anyway i'm fine, mostly. i just have a hard time keeping a regular update schedule, as you might have noticed if you've been following any of my ask blogs for long. i don't wanna get into it too much since i'd feel weird getting super personal on here, but i've been struggling for a long time with depression and anxiety and various other stuff that makes it hard for me to draw sometimes. so when that happens, i usually tend to take a break until i feel like drawing again.
but yeah, it's not anything that i can't handle, so don't worry about me. i'll come out of it eventually, just as i always do. but thank you for worrying. and that goes for everyone who's sent me concerned messages like this in the past, too. y'all are the best. <3
i hope to get back to this blog soon, i really do miss it. but yeah, i don't wanna force myself to update when i don't feel like doing so, because i'm worried that i won't be able to enjoy working on this blog anymore if i do that. so i hope you understand. thanks again for your concern; i hope to be back soon!
((yes! i'm planning to have him elaborate more on it later, but since i've been getting a lot of asks about it i figure i should address it now. yes, nor is trans--but he's not out to anybody except for shelby yet. for now you can refer to him as nora or nor, and use he/him pronouns. but when sending asks, be careful not to out him to anyone he hasn't told yet!
BTW, i've been meaning to say this and i figure now's a good time: i'm not an expert on this kind of stuff by any means, so if you ever at any point feel like i've messed something up or handled something poorly, please let me know! i'm still learning, and i greatly welcome any form of feedback. i want to do my best with all of this.

thank you! and in response to your question: i have no idea, LOL. i honestly haven't thought about it that much... right now i'm more focused on building those feelings up rather than resolving them? if that makes any sense. the usuk will come eventually, of course; but i personally love a nice slow buildup.
ok this is KIND OF A SECRET, but since i dunno if i'm ever gonna get around to fully explaining it on the blog and since i'm pretty sure that only like 2 people are actually gonna read this, i guess it won't hurt to reveal a little bit. i'm honestly still kind of working out the details myself, but basically alice was in a really bad place mentally, emotionally, and financially; and she really wanted to keep her kids but she felt more & more with each passing day that she wasn't fit to raise them. which obviously... ended with her giving them up to tino & berwald. SO YEAH... not very happy times. :(
arthur & peter's bio-father(s) and amelia & maddie's bio-mothers aren't something i ever plan on getting into, TBH... mostly because i feel weird giving them another parent--like, who do you combine with america to get nyo!america??? it'd feel weird giving them another country as a parent and i don't wanna do any ocs, so yeah, IDK. feel free to imagine something up if you want, i guess!
hmm, i'd say it's probably a medium-small sized town? like, small enough that there's only one of each school, but big enough that everyone doesn't completely know each other like you might see in a really small town. though i think each of the school kids would at least recognize most of the kids in their grade.

i've gotten a few questions about this, so i suppose i should state that there will not be any 2p in this blog. there are already WAY too many characters to get through as it is, and hima's constantly adding more! plus i'll admit that i'm not really a huge fan of 2p, so yeah... they won't be showing up here. sorry!
IDK, i personally don't really mind my art being used for that kind of stuff... but it's kinda tricky because some people DO mind. mostly the thing that concerns me is that i don't recall ever being asked about this, which leads me to believe that the other artists weren't asked about it either. which is bad! i think that the ability to make videos like that is great & whoever made it is clearly talented, and obviously you need pictures to make a video like that... but if you can put in all the effort it takes to make a cool music video, then surely you can put in the effort to ask permission from the artists as well. and i know something like that can be pretty nerve-wracking, but it's the respectful thing to do. after all, those artists all worked very hard on their art!
TL;DR idk, if you wanna make a video with other people's artwork then that's fine; but if you're gonna post it publicly then you should probably make sure all the artists are ok with you using their art!

((i think they were more responding to the fact that nora now looks just like canon norway, who is male; and they may have noticed that his tags changed from "nyo norway" to "aph norway." also, they may have been hoping for a trans character and figured it doesn't hurt to ask. i don't think that anyone is operating under the assumption that short hair automatically = boy... at least i hope not, LOL.))
