Now I know the Doctor is awfully fond of that silly human holiday called Christmas, but I think I’ve found a holiday that’s more my style. It’s called Halloween and people spend most of the month leading up to the holiday collecting ghastly things to put around their homes, watching “scary” movies not unlike some of the things I’ve done, and picking a costume to wear on the holiday. There also seems to be quite a bit of blood involved, though a majority of the time it’s fake. At least, that seems to be what I’ve observed about the holiday. I’m curious what you lot do to be festive and, should I decide to dress up, what costume I should wear?

Why Vortex Manipulator is a cheap and nasty time-travel technology? It can help people to go to the different places of different time quickly, quicker than a spaceship, I think?

Well yes, that’s the appeal. It’s quick and far cheaper than a time machine, but time machine’s offer stability and durability. Vortex Manipulators only last so long and often leave the user feeling sick and in slight pain. It’s quite a ride.

What is your favorite way you killed someone? My favorite is the time you killed someone using a plastic chair.

I got awfully creative during the time I had dear Jack Harkness as a pet. If I remember correctly, one time I had him stretched until all his bones snapped and he died of pain. I got to try all kinds of nasty things on him. Things I’m not proud of now.

Hm. Interesting. What about your first face, the one you were born with? Was that taken from somebody or uniquely generated based on the combination of your parents' genetics?

Funny story that. I don’t remember my childhood well, not the time before the academy. Some Time Lords are woven in a device called the Loom while others are made through normal procreation. I could not tell you which I am.
