((tl:dr, this blog isn’t dead and I’ll be putting an ask limit for now as I don’t have too much time at the moment, but the ask box is still open at the moment!))
Hey, Mun here!
So, before you ask, this blog is far from dead! I’ve mainly just not gotten any asks and haven’t had the time to throw together an even of sorts to try and get some.
Speaking of which...
Time.
That is a bit of an issue at the moment. See, I can’t lie that I might have a habit of being overambitious with how many things I can do at a time, and seeing as I’ve got more than 3 blogs to run plus multiple other projects, time is a bit of a commodity for me right now.
And we’ve got one more issue to throw into the loop...
Testing.
I’ve got less than two months of my freshman year left which means that I’ve got state testing and an AP test to deal with. I’d try my best to balance the two at a normal rate, but I think I’d just end up never sleeping for a couple months.
But here’s the main thing. I never want to put a blog completely on hiatus. I think that’d just about end me. So, I have a proposition.
For the time being, even if I’m not getting too many asks, I’m going to impose an ask limit.
Now, I’m not quite sure how many, as while yes, bad ms paint stick figures and birds aren’t hard to draw and don’t take long, it still takes ~20 minutes to get a an ask done, and combined with school, there’s no realistic way I can get a ton of asks done. I’m thinking 5 asks max, but we’ll see when we get there.
And while I’d love to rp with the idiot birb (Just, not with Cookie Monster, I’m still not over Gilbird getting eaten by Cookiezilla) I’m going to have to stick to only asks at the moment, as I already struggle with my Ludwig blog
But I don’t want to just slow things even more down and then not make up for it, so I have a small list of things I’d like to do when I’ve actually got time with summer break.
Use a better theme and update the look of things
Put together an event to celebrate things getting up and running again
Try to possible put together a new intro/bio and work on a schedule of sorts
And possibly more
I know it’s not much, but it’ll take some time to iron things out as I am pretty new to these things and I am most definitely not the first person to ask about time management, but we’ll get there.
So for now, feel free to send in asks while the box is open and don’t worry about this blog being lost to time as I’ll do my best to never let that happen!
