"I've never tried it on really" she blushed deeper and wiggled her tail. "The tail kinda defeats the ability to wear it" She rubbed the back of her neck and flung the swim suit back into the pile before taking a seat next to it in order to help search.

*let it never be said that she didn’t try to be social, she really did, but being out and about, and being around other people she didn’t know very well was tiring and she didn’t really much care for the idea of getting to know too many people, there was already too much to be done to be wasting time on social affairs… and yet, here she was, upon Weiss’s request, meeting members of both her team and of the neighboring one, so far it had been… okay*
"umm, hey, Nora isn’t it?" *she’d already chatted with Jaune, and Nora was the next in the line of people she’d been told to talk to, and now the tall grey haired girl stood before the shorter red haired one, knowing fully well how energetic she was want to be.*
Nora was all for social outings, and when the ice queen had told her and her team that they were to be meeting someone today upon her request she was ecstatic. Ideas of a mysterious figure clad in cloaks and secrets filled her head, the possibilities of the mystery person being someone of power, or a secret assassin hired by the Schnee family to take out any targets that threatened their heiress.
What she was greeted with though was equally as exciting. Staring up at the tall figure who looked at her with hesitance, Nora beamed broadly, smile reaching her eyes.
"Yes yes, Nora, Nora Valkyrie, its a pleasure to meet you!!" She said, words slurring together at the speed she spoke them.
Giving her newly acquired ears a hesitant wiggle Nora studied her new look in the mirror. It was defiantly strange, and getting used to the extra extremities would defiantly take some getting used to. Maybe she should talk to that Monkey boy she met...
Ask Nora Stuff: Faunus for a few.
Whitney on the other hand seemed more...excited about what was going on. "Oh my gosh you're a faunus? A squirel faunus, I don't think I've ever met one before! How much can you move your tail? Is it hard keeping the fur Caen? Can you do that cheek pouch thing?"
VERY more excited, looking up at Nora with open interest and curiosity on her face. If this were an anime, she'd probably have eye sparkles or something at this point.
"uuuh.." Nora gave a forced grin, slightly freaked out by the assault on her ears the smaller girl was giving in her large amount of questioning. With her faunus features her hearing was a lot more sensitive, and the almost shrill toning of the blur of questions and excitement was like driving a pickax into her eardrums.
"Whitney please clam down! one question at a time!"
So this was what it was like for her team mates when she got excited about something.

Staring at the fluffy mass attached to her lower back she huffed, watching it twitch and knock over the empty syrup bottle from her desk.
She would need practice regardless.
Whitney at this point stepped out of the closet. “Library? …..darn it! Dorms again?” She then turns around and is rather puzzled. “How did I wind up in a closet from the cafeteria? Or was it the gymnasium?” Realizing that she was somehow more lost than usual Whitney turned around and froze, staring at Nora.
Nora froze, panic shot across her features as she turned around slowly to meet the gaze of the tiny smudge of a girl across the room from her, her ears flattening against her skull.
She blinked, looking sheepish and scared as she awaited the other girls actions.
She was caught and expected the worst because of it.
