Why the blog move?

First and foremost, sorry for the hassle!

There are 2 big reasons Pepper’s blog has changes:

1. A more Obviously-An-Ask-Blog url! So people know this is an account to talk to!

2. Separate account - Pepper’s blog was a sideblog, which means I couldn’t send asks as her, or follow people as her, etc. And I really wanted Pepper to be able to pester I mean say hello to people she likes! So she just needed her own e-mail!
