Ron nodded. "Even if you don't seem as your bloody husband, I still see ya as my wife."
"Ronald..." She sighed.

Ron nodded. "Even if you don't seem as your bloody husband, I still see ya as my wife."
"Ronald..." She sighed.
Why did you and Ron break up?
Its a long, sad story. Sometimes, people just drift apart.
I'm around
Please send me asks and rp xD
Finally remembered...
my login info for here. Yay xD
Sorry I haven't been around
Hermione's muse hasn't been so active inside of my head. Plus, I miss a few of the mains that used to be active. I miss the old gang that used to be active.
"Oh...well I have something for you too.." He trailed off shyly.
"You have something for me?" She tilted her head.
"Oh...I have something for him and Rose too. Can I bloody come by and give them?" Ooc: para?
"They aren't home, Ronald." OOC: Sure.
"Normal Weasley Christmas. Who did you have it with?"
With Hugo.
"I hope you a brillant Christmas, Mione."
"It was lovely, Ronald. How was yours?"
Hermione grinned at the cheek on the cheek, but she focused on watching him through the window as he went about what he needed to grab. She watched him, almost as her mothering instinct was taking over. Her eyes were kept on him like she would with her children when they were out in this kind of weather. Hermione couldn’t help herself in doing so. She did care for Charles as dearly as any other friend she had.
Once he was inside, she felt the warmth of the hot chocolate in her hand through the cup. She shook her head. “You shouldn’t have. I wasn’t expecting anything really. It is what any good friend would do. However, thank you for the drink.”
Charles matched the shaking of her head. “Nonsense, love. Of course I should have. You’re a brilliant friend. You’re very welcome.” Taking a sip from his nearly empty cup, he smiled. “Shall we? I’d love to get warm. It’s bloody freezing out there. Also, I’m rather excited to give you your gift. That, and I need to call a tow truck and the insurance company. No telling how much all of this will cost. I swear this weather is going to be the death of me. You’d think that after a decade…”
He ceased his ramble and smiled apologetically. “Sorry, love. We both know I talk a lot. I’m terribly rude. How was your holiday? I do hope it was lovely. You deserve nothing less.”
She took a quick sip. It wasn't as warm as it could be, but she expected it to be that since it was outside. She then placed it in the cup holder before she spoke again. "Sure...well hopefully the car is warm enough for you right now."
She began to drove again she looked froward. "You really didn't have to get me anything. Its fine if you talk, Charles. I don't mind at all. My holiday was fine."
Happy Belated Christmas, mum.
Thank you, Rose :)
The wind outside was horrible. It was the simplest way to put it. The wind made it even more cold than it already was. It was the reason why she didn’t roll down her window off the bat. The only time she did was when she heard the tapping on the window. Quickly, she rolled it down from her side. “Hi…it is no problem. You can’t walk anywhere in this mess.”
She nodded her head at his words. “Alright. No hurry. Just make sure you don’t hurt yourself walking.”
“I won’t! Thank you, dear. Truly.” After pressing a brief kiss to her cheek through the open window, Charles scurried off to the building, returning with a bucket of paint and a few wires. Obsessively worried as he always was, he double checked his car before sliding into Hermione’s on the passenger’s side. He quickly closed the door to combat the frigid temperature and turned to smile at her. “Thank you again, love. I know I keep saying that but I mean it. You’re an amazing friend. I’ve no idea what I would have done without you. Oh!” Shifting in his seat, he set the bags on the car floor and handed her the drink he’d purchased. It’s not so much hot as it is warm, now, but it’s bloody delicious. Also, it’s the very least I could do.”
Hermione grinned at the cheek on the cheek, but she focused on watching him through the window as he went about what he needed to grab. She watched him, almost as her mothering instinct was taking over. Her eyes were kept on him like she would with her children when they were out in this kind of weather. The bloody weather was horrid. It was the kind of weather that made you want to stay home and curl up next to the fire with a book. However, she could not leave Charles stranded. She wasn’t that kind of friend to leave someone in need. Besides, she did have a few tricks up her shelves if it got bad.
Within forty five minutes, her car had made it without much trouble. Her little red car pulled up in the parking lot of where Charles had instructed her to go. Stopping where she saw his car, she waited for him to come to her.
Still sipping his hot cocoa, he smiled warmly as Hermione’s car pulled into the lot. Grabbing the one he’d purchased for her, he walked over briskly. After rapping gently one the window, he waited for her to roll down the window before chuckling. “Hello, sweet. Thank you so much for coming! Honestly! You’ve no idea what this means.”
He glanced back over his shoulder at the hardware store. “Er…I was actually here for a bit of paint when the power went out. I just need to grab my purchases and we can head back to the school, yeah?” His chipper expression turned apologetic. “I’m so sorry to drag you out here in this mess. I have your Christmas gift in my study. I would have brought it over yesterday but…well, you know.” He rubbed a gloved hand on the back of his neck sheepishly. It was very unlike him to be stranded as he was.Â

Hermione waited on the other side of the line to hear his answer. A light chuckle followed as she simply nodded her head even though he couldn’t hear after he explained what was going on. “Sure, I can come give you a ride. No problem. It might take me a little bit,” She replied. The snow was heavy, but she could manage if anything. If muggles were around, she would have to take her time. “Just be patient. I’ll be there as soon as I can, okay?” It was no question that she could come pick him up. He was stranded.
After she ended the call, she bundled up and was out the door. She soon was in her car and preparing to come pick Charles up. She had no clue how long it would take to go pick him up, though, with the weather.
“Oh Hermione, darling, thank you so much! You’re incredible, love. You have no bloody clue how much this means.” Forgetting the restrictions of telephone calls, he nodded. “Yes. Yes. That’s not a problem. I can be patient, especially when you are being so sweet. Thank you again, love.”Â
After waiting for a few moments in the frigid air, he idly strolled over to the cafe next door. Blessedly, it was open. Grabbing two large cocoas, he started back for the car, allowing his to warm him from the inside out as he waited.Â

After a great amount of time she had spent finishing student essays, she was finally done. Yes, Hermione was the type to even grade papers on a vacation. She didn’t want to let her students down when she returned. It was the proper thing to do to return essays back in due time.
To celebrate, she had decided to make herself a latte in her brand new machine that she got for Christmas. She had just sat down when her cell phone. Quickly, she picked up and saw that it was Charles that was calling. She hit talk and pressed it to her ear. “Charles? Hi.”
Heaving a large sigh of relief, he chuckled despite himself at the sound of his friend’s voice. Running a hand through his hair, he glanced around once again. “Er…hello, Hermione. Merry Christmas, love.” He gnawed nervously on his bottom lip and pulled his coat tighter on his bottom lip. “Er…I hate to ask this much of you, but could you please come and fetch me? I was snowed in at the hardware store on 75th. They dug us out this morning, but my car won’t start. If you aren’t terribly busy I could really use a lift.”
