Bucky, what is the coolest thing you've found that your new arm can do? I recall earlier you mentioned the ability to fish out pasta from boiling water for testing and thought that seemed quite handy (no pun intended).

This question is for Steve: What are your most and least favorite things about living in the 21st century? Conversely, what do miss most and least from the early 20th century?

My favorite things about the twenty-first century: advanced medicine and technology, civil rights, better food, the internet, ebooks, people don’t smoke as much anymore, popular culture, and James Buchanan Barnes.

My least favorite things about the twenty-first century: global warming, the Republican party, public transportation, fashion, inflation, cell phones, beauty standards, unnecessary CGI in films, and everyone I used to know is dead.

What I miss most about the early 20th century: a sense of propriety, hats, owning things physically instead of just digitally, swing dancing (watching, not participating), and everything just felt...simpler. I know it wasn’t, but that’s how it feels.

What I miss least about the early 20th century: being sick all the time, boiled food, the depression, blatant sexism/racism/homophobia, feeling empty and alone.

most favorite

super strength

heat immunity

putting it in the freezer and then sticking it up the back of natashas shirt when shes not paying attention

no hangnails

least favorite

its heavy

not great fine motor movement

can only feel pressure

stuff gets stuck in the plates

i have to actually think when i pick stuff up to make sure i dont crush it

the only person who can fix it is tony so...i have to be around tony sometimes

steve magnetizes notes to it while im asleep

tbh id rather just have a real arm but what can u do

um we havent really talked about it tbh so im guessing just sleeping in and eating breakfast and stuff but i did get him a present and knowing him he probably got me one too so well see how it goes
