Ask Some Stupid Mask

There's just a few things that DR. Nikko needs to say before allowing entrance into the containment area. So please just give these a read, I'll try to make it quick~

-Please try not to spam-ask. If you've sent in a question, then it should be in the inbox. Not all questions may be answered or answered timely, so try not to re-submit your question. If you worry that it didn't go through, feel free to DM.

-I have just recently gotten back into SCP, and I ain't gonna lie that I'm rusty with my SCP knowledge and the fact that there's just SO.DAMN.MANY. I'm trying to re-familiarize myself with my personal favorites (mostly the earlier era SCPs) and some of my stuff might play off of things out of date. Forgive me.

-GORE, CURSING, AND POSSIBLE DISTURBING TOPICS OR IMAGES MAY BE PRESENT ON THIS BLOG. PLEASE VIEW AT YOUR OWN CAUTION. (I will be tagging basic stuff like gore or blood, but I just can't tag possible triggering content conformed to each and every single follower. So just keep that in mind!)

-This blog is LGBTQ+ safe, so anything disrespectful, harmful, or otherwise will be ignored and deleted. Same goes for anything against any particular groups of people or minorities will also fall under this.

-If you have a blog-specific (aka a non-in character question not directed to SCP 035), please be sure to specify it in your question or ask via DMs!

-The researcher characters you will see often in this are Dr. Guy and Dr. Doctuur, two filler OCs that I became fond of back in the day. They just play role of the current babysitters overseers of the Q & A involving SCP 035 and are not in any way canon to the SCP lore.

That's about it! If I feel this needs updated or whatnot, I will! Ask box is now open for the first time in actual years, so go nuts.

(Dr. Nikko here! SO SO sorry about the lack of posts on this blog! I have been super busy with my job and it's been a little tricky finding time to unwind and get other things done since this blog isn't top priority on my art list. So needless to say, it's caused a drop in activity. I'm doing my best to keep going whenever I can, all I ask is that everyone be patient because, though my goal was to update this blog about once a week, sometimes it just isn't the case. Regardless, thanks to everyone patiently waiting for the updates~

Sorry for the lack of posts, but I got caught up with a couple of commissions and work and I'm going to be going on a 3-day trip here on Sunday. When I get back, I'll be sure to prioritize getting a new post on here. Until then, Site Director has granted everyone permission to throw exactly one(1) stick at SCP 035. Just one. No more.

A Thing To Read

So I’m going to start out straight at the point and say that this blog and @asktwostupiddocs are going to be on hiatus for the rest of July and I’ll see what goes where afterward.

So my reasoning for this is that I have a few other projects that I am currently working on this month and I’d like to not have to worry about having to keep up with my SCP ask blogs. This will make things much easier for me, especially since I’ve already been slipping with the upkeep for them.

Another issue that I desperately hate having is that I’m frankly not as into SCP as I was, with other fandoms and my original work kind of taking up my attention. I have a much stronger drive to try to work with those than I do my SCP content and I don’t want to try to force content out that I have no heart in. With this said, I am going to try to keep working with my SCP OCs on @nikkoleon, so for those of you who enjoy Dr. Guy, Doctuur, ect, make sure that you’re following that blog for my main content.

Now, in regards of my earlier statement “I’ll see what goes where afterward” I know that I’ll have the two blogs on hiatus for the rest of July, but I don’t know if or how long I’ll extend it afterward. Mostly, I say this just so all of my followers are on the same page and know what to expect. Of course, with any changes, I will be announcing that on the respective blogs and I do my best to keep my followers up to date.

So TL;DR: This and @asktwostupiddocs are going on hiatus for the rest of July and possibly longer due to the fact that I’ve gotten busy and am not as into SCP as I once was. I will announce any return that I plan to make and thank you for reading.

So this is a Discord server basically dedicated to my works and is for fans to interact with me a little easier, see some of my works easier, discuss projects I’m working on, ect, ect. This also extends out to more than just my SCP content, so non-SCP fans can interact with me more~
