Greetings!

This is a Post-Pacifist Undertale ask blog focused on the eight fallen children, seven of whom having been recently resurrected. Half of them are wholly original characters, while Chara and Frisk are plucked directly from Undertale (obviously), Clover is from Undertale Yellow, and Kris is from Deltarune.

Fan Theories that this ask blog abides by are NarraChara and Cyan Soul Kris.

Indecision regarding what to do about Clover vs Original Justice Soul is killing me btw. On one hand I like Clover and dozens of people already like them. On the other hand cool new OC that I keep rotating in my head. Why can't I just have both of them.

Primary reason the progress on the reboot has grinded to a halt btw. I technically already have all the assets in place for Clover. But I also REALLY want to try something different. Except I'm worried about what other people may think.

Okay okay okay so. After thinking about it some more. I think I'm probably going to stick with Clover, if only because I already have all the assets for them in place. Also I'm just plain sick of waiting for this reboot.

This would also free me from from the shackles of having to consider what UTY did with the Integrity Soul for Viola's characterization... Which is more work but idk it might be worth it.

Reboot Progress Updates:

-I've updated everyone's overworld sprites, which you can see in the blog's banner.

-I've drawn digital art renders for everyone now.

-I've made a carrd with basic info like Rules, About, Credit, etc. I'll be linking the carrd in a new pinned much later, after I get most everything else all sorted out.

-I'm in the process of remaking everyone's talk sprites. If you're wondering why in the world I would do this, it's because before I didn't take the fact that Undertale talk sprites are literally jus cropped versions of everyone's battle sprites into account. As a result the kids' heads looked HUGE in comparison to canon UT sprites. Right now I've done Chara, Frisk, Jackie, and Clover.

-Currently debating on whether or not I want the drawn answers to be in my usual digital art style, or in a sprite comic style.

I'm doing a bit of a reboot for Ask the Resurrected so here's an updated take on my fallen humans.

From left to right: Frisk, Chara, Jackie, Clover, Robin, Kris, Viola, Paige. All of them are they/them. Don't ask me why Mt. Ebott is a magnet for nonbinary children.

How do y'all feel about a soft reboot of the blog? It was something that I was thinking about while messing with some sprite work, but...

-I kinda want to start focusing more on illustration and story, at least for the important parts. The text box style won't go away completely, of course.

-I keep redesigning and refining the kids' designs and it might be nice to have a pinned with their updated looks in it.

-I also want to try messing around with the Cyan Soul Kris idea instead too, cause I think it could be fun. Also it was always the Cyan Soul that I had trouble coming up with any personality for anyway. Everyone else will be staying the same though.

I'm too attached to Rosa to get rid of them but I so badly want to write a Cyan Soul!Kris who's Chara's chaotic gremlin sibling now.

I guess I could technically have them be a guest muse... like not one of the fallen but another human child that Toriel took in post pacifist (and that Chara would absolutely have a crash out about because "WHY IS THERE ANOTHER ONE.")

Spent like half of the day today reading through an old Undertale ask blog and being really nostalgic and now part of me wants to try doing a more "traditional" ask blog structure where I draw some of the answers too...

I will NOT be redesigning my fallen human OCs to match up with the flowers from Deltarune Ch. 5.

I MIGHT draw them interacting with each other though.

Rambling about my fallen human OCs and why I picked each of their names (with the exception of Justice because I usually just use Clover from UTY cause I like them.)

Patience -> Rosa. Tbh I don't have a good explanation for this one. I think I just named them this because I made their design be very red. I never liked color coding the appearances of the fallen humans based off of soul colors. None of the KFC have their soul color be a prominent hue in their designs, so why would the other humans? Hence why Rosa is very red instead of very cyan.

I still find them to be the weakest character design I've made and have considered going back to the drawing board for them though. Pretty much the only solid thing I had gojng for them was certain aspects of their design calling back to Chara, seeing as they both wield knives.

Bravery -> Jackie. I just think this name works well for a scrappy, fighty character. Coincidentally the one and only character I broke my 'do NOT color code the humans based off of their souls' rule. Idk why, orange just seems like the best color to represent a character like this to me.

Perseverance -> Paige. This one is a pun on the word page, because notebook pages.

Kindness -> Robin. I used similar logic that was used for Clover's name but waaay more needlessly complicated. My thought process was the healing bullets they use look like eggs -> birds lay eggs -> robins are birds and robin is a good name.

Integrity -> Viola. Violas are a real instrument, and their healing bullets were in the form of music notes. They are also flowers, which was accidental. I accidentally made like half the fallen humans be associated with flowers. Oops?

Since I am setting up an ACGgoods store... Would people actually be interested if I made merch of my OCs. I plan on making more general stuff too but I want to know if this would also be worth it.
