It’s been so long and i am so late for this party but at least this is done.
Might looks weird to see me update, but somehow i felt that i had to give closure to this blog (even it’s a pretty shitty closure, sorry for the quality here, i’ve never produced a comic in 5 days before... ).
Yeah closure, this blog’s been dead since forever and Homestuck will end in a few days, so i think it’s time to close it permanently.
I don’t plan to shut down the blog, just to definitively stop to update.
I can understand why people would find it strange to “end” an askblog by giving it a “inner canon” end, but understand, this blog has brought me a lot of joy, motivation to draw, enabled me to meet wonderful people, so it just feels right to give it a proper end. It deserves that much.
I wished i could have done all i’ve planned, like, i had still a few headcanons i wanted to explore but, let’s say the last years haven’t been too kind to give me the motivation, or the confidence to do it.
Still, i had lots of funs, and i can’t thank you guys enough for following the good old derp that i am and the sheep lady.
I also deeply thanks Andrew Hussie for making that wonderful story that is Homestuck. Without it, this blog wouldn’t have existed and i wouldn’t have so much fun to roleplay the Handmaid even if she’s pretty much a cameo character.
It’s been a good ride, and again, i thank you all for the support you gave me and all you asks.

You are hella anime would your mod like to talk about her inspirations like if its any particular ones that they enjoyed that they feel like influenced their art style? Also youre both pretty hella!
Normally i’d answer that on my main blog, but i’m to lazy to link stuff so on this blog it is.A lot of my style takes it’s base from some works of CLAMP. Card Captor Sakura, XXXholic and Reservoir Chronicle to name them. Else, for the things that probably inspired me…well there is a lot of different stuff, not all anime related. A lot of it will probably not ring a bell and won’t look very close of what i do but they did help me to learn a thing or two.
So in no particular order:
FLCL (manga and anime)
Wakfu (french anime that is currently getting english voice acting, i highly recommend you watch this because the story, animation and the universe is awesome)(Again, yall missing out because this guy over here is gold…we love u pinpin)Xa is the chara-designer of this show and have a deviant art , i recommend you take a look at it.
Empowered (comic taking base in manga, the author, Adam Warren is the savior of Dirty Pair, very old shit, lots of naked girl you’ve been warned) He also have a deviant art .
Tex Avery/Looney Toons (that is my childhood speaking)
Sailor Moon ( i used to be a diehard fan, very first anime that i tried to copy)
Corto Maltese (European Comic, black and white work, a must read, really, any Hugo Pratt’s work is a jewel and worth worshipping when you try to draw comics so you go study that stuff asap)
Any work of Comès, who is considered as a spiritual son of Hugo Pratt, nuff said.
Alack Sinner ( Black and white again, the story is good and the art merits some attention)
Jean Giraud also known as MOEBIUS, personally i’m more aware of his Science Fiction work, he was also a god of comic, you study the shit outta it too.
Hayao Miyazaki (no need for explanation here)
L’arbre Sans Fin (the tree without an end) of Claude Ponti. My beloved childhood book, even if it’s monster scared me shitless. The work in is remarkable. Claude Ponti did a lot of child books, and if the level is not always following, some stuff is worth looking, even for an adult.
Akira. Yes i know it’s not showing , but my love for destruction come from this manga, and i’ve been going through the pages of this manga even before i was able to read.You can guess that my parents weren’t very careful at making not accessible some comic there was at home.
Rayman 2,yes video games too, this one is the very first one i got on ps2 and even today, i think the design are still great (they managed to make the best of the console when it just came out, and from what i’ve heard, this console was hell to work on) and didn’t age that much. Ok nostalgia aside, the recent Rayman games are fucking gems for the eyes and deserve some close attention.
Hellboy and any Mike Mignola work.I am a die hard fan of the guy ok ? You have no idea how happy i was when i’ve learn the guy was back in business(yeah you tell her bro)
Naruto, Kishimoto might suck as an author (or might be simply really tired of his story) he is a great artist, his work on human anatomy is quite good and god the man knows how to draw hands and feets.
Jak and Daxter the trilogy…The rest of the franchise is bullshit btw(except Jak’s outfit in Xracing, that’s it)
Soul Eater, even if the manga (and the anime) end in a way that makes you say “i expected a little more than this) the moment when the characters go insane are pretty interesting.(couldn’t find a non colored version, still awesome)
One piece…Do i need to say more ? Let’s just say that if i ever do another rp blog that is not related to homestuck, i’ll do something related to One Piece.
Ghost In The Shell, the first movie, this blew my mind when i was a kid, and if one of my Original Character is a robot, it’s totally this movie’s fault.
City Hunter, but part of it have to do with the french dub of this show. The French Voices didn’t liked the fact the show was that violent and presented to kids (at the time, these morons couldn’t make the difference between a seinen and a shonen i swear) and most of the cast make the serious characters goofy as fuck. It became a thing here. Hokuto no Ken suffered from the same treatment. It doesn’t make honor for the original work but boy it sound like a parody and we love that.
Dorohedoro, this manga is gory as fuck, the humor is dark and lord, the style is heavenly grudge and just awesome.The lady who does this story (Q-Hayashida) deserve more attention for giving us this beauty.(if you ever read it, be prepared to ship these two to hell and for heavy feels)
Dead Or Alive 2, ok why this one you’ll ask me ? When i had my PS2, i wanted this game so hard, i’m not even sure why now. What i remember is that i was pretty hardcore about it. Honestly the design is not that incredible (heck most costumes you could get for the characters were ridiculous) but the game had (and maybe still have ?) a mode where you could record a fight and re watch it later in any angle and stop at anytime.You have no idea how much time i’ve passed to record then pause to draw the action i saw on screen. This game basically helped me to learn the basics body dynamics and body perspective. The anatomy was wrong but i didn’t care at the time

We just found out we’re going to have to pay a full month’s rent ($595… which they jacked up from $475 when we moved in) even though we’re supposed to be out by 5/25.
Plus our car tags are up to renew. JFC. Why all this at the same time.
Plus we’re paying rent on our new NOT TERRIBLE apartment all at the same time. Don’t even start me on bills. All this just happened together at the worst time. We thought we were going to have more than we did. >< I wish we didn’t have to have two apartments overlapping but this was the only opportunity to get away from that old place and those horrible owners. You have no idea what it was like… ;___;

Right now, I'm working on a french comic for contest, so yeeeep, i'm kind of trying to concentrate on this.Also i admit that after mostly working on anything Homestuck for roughly a year and an half (maybe more i don't remember when i exactly started this blog tbh =v=;), i need a break to get back to my own characters.
In case if there is people wondering, I don't intent to close this blog, there is still some things i meant to explore with Handmaid, just not right now.
I might update time to time, or do things like the april fool update but i won't post as much as i used to. ))
