[Previous Reply] “Country singer? That’s epic!” He moved onto his stomach, leaning on one hand and letting the other hang over the edge of the vent. “Me? Well I like to do things like parkour and.. and setting shit on fire! I fucking love fire!” He smiled, a somewhat chaotic glint in his eyes. “Oh! There was this one time that some dude pulled a gun on me! It was awesome! I got a scar from it too!” Was he really this unaffected by everything? Apparently. The fact that he could have literally died didn’t seem to affect him whatsoever.
“You sure you don’t wanna come up here? I can help you if you want!” He held a hand out to the other. He didn’t really expect the other to join him.
Tsukiya blinked slightly, shocked by the other calling what he was doing ‘epic’, that really wasn’t a reaction he expected from someone who was a Daredevil, he felt his face heat up slightly, a mumbled “thank ya” coming from his lips, was he embarrassed over such a small semi-compliment? Yeah he was. Though he quickly seemed to pale when the other started excitedly talking about nearly dying and burning things.
He made a small weak whimpering sound in response, he didn’t know how to handle any of that. Being SHOT? Almost DYING? He got a scar how could he act like that was a good thing? That sounded very BAD!! Then suddenly the other changed the subject, he looked at the hand in front of him for a moment, clearly trying to follow along with how quickly the other kept changing the subject.
“Ah’m not syhaw how ta git uhp thair ‘tall so ah maahyt end uhp pullin’ ya down instead…” He laughed, clearly sheepish as he slowly took the other’s hand. “Kay-yun ah ‘ave some advaahce awn how t’ help? Not tryin’ t’ doubt ya kay-yun pull me uhp, jus’ seems like a bad angle t’ be pullin’ sumone.” He really didn’t think the other could pull all his weight up to the top of the vent from the top of it, it seemed more likely he would pull himself off trying that. Unless the other was just that good at leverage.
After a few minutes and Blake try his best to patiently help and instruct the other on how to get up, he finally did it. He had moved into his knees. It would have been easier to pull Tsukiya up that way. He found it surprisingly easy. Then again, he was pretty strong. Especially for his height.
Now that they were sitting next to each other, Tsukiya could probably get a better look at Blake. He almost looked even more of a mess up close: his hair was wild and completely covered his right eye, his uniform looked tattered and worn out and the first few buttons of his shirt were undone. It was obvious that he wasn’t one to put much effort into his appearance.
Once the other was sitting next to him, he reached into a small bag. It was dark red in colour and seemed to be slightly worn out and torn in some areas. He pulled out a bag of chips that had already been opened. He offered the bag to Tsukiya, shoving a few into his mouth in the process.
“Want some?” He said as he held the bag in his direction smiling softly.
(aaaaa why did it take me so long to do lol)
Tsukiya clearly was pretty clueless when it game to clinging up things, especially vents. He wasn’t fully sure how Blake had managed to help lift him though he supposed it was probably better than he had. “Thanks.” He smiled at the other, before clearly staring at the other’s appearance. He shifted back and forth a bit, trying to see if the other’s hair could be seen through before going back to holding still.
He wasn’t exactly sure how the other had managed to get his uniform in such bad condition. He wasn’t really a sewing expert to help. In a way he felt over dressed from having his uniform in good condition and fully buttoned. Though the uniform and the worn out bag the other reached into didn’t fully hold his attention.
He kept staring at the other’s face. Partially because it was always suggested to look at someone when talking to them, partially because he was trying to memorize the other’s face so maybe someday he’d be able to recognize him again. Yeah. Like Blake would ever want to run into him again after this.
“Ah'm faahn thank ya though.” He smiled back. “Ah wouldn't wanna tay-uk yo-wr vittles from ya.” He forced a small chuckle, going back to looking at the other. It was easier to see all the different features the other had when he wasn’t hovering above him out of reach. He wasn’t sure if the other had a similar experience or if being above him let Blake see him better than he could see Blake.
