What was your motivation when you started your WG journey?

ok fine!!! I’ll finally answer 😩 I know lot of people have been asking it’s just embarrassing for me!

basically.. I abused my fast metabolism so much I think I broke it 😅 I could eat so much and stay thin I got overconfident, started gaining from a bad diet & less gym time and I felt my belly jiggle one time when I was walking and I liked it 😳 a little too much 😵‍💫

so I decided to try gaining 5lbs, enjoy it then loose it and never think about it again &…. I went overboard and slammed protein shakes, fast food, lots of breve lattes and during that time my scale battery died so I couldn’t tell when the 5bs came and by the time I fixed the scale I was 26lbs heavier 😮‍💨

So I thought ok.. 50lbs and I’ll stop, then 55, then 60… & then I got addicted to eating and feeling like a fatty. And I had already moved away from my hometown so I could “start over” as a fat girl and then I found the community on tumblr and I knew my skinny/fit days were over
