((Sorry to say guys but I think my rp blogs are going to be inactive for the foreseeable future. I’m pretty busy these days and things feel completely different than when I started, not in a bad way, the meta is just not my style at the moment. I want most people dead, my fair assassin.

Long ago I was just a man who saw a wicked world and knew it needed to be cleaned. So I offered myself to a power that would help me fight injustice, vampirism. Using my new talents I achieved my goals, the world in which I live is mostly pure and free from sin. I thought I had brought justice to everything, but then I learned of planeswalkers and my heart sank. There are infinite realities of those who violate justice begging to be killed. So Vraska, I want this person dead to send a message. A message that justice is not planebound, it is as vast and as infinite as the multiverse itself!

For the most part, yes. And killing those who are foolish enough to get in my way, and so on.

His biggest fear is that true justice is an illusion, that it is an idea he came up with that cannot actually be attained. Vish Kal has conquered this illusion with his determination and devotion.

Laugh and Insanity

He has two laughs: one laugh is loud and terrifying. Like the most evil laugh you can think of, this laugh is for inspiring fear into his 'victims'. He often laughs when criminals attempt to flee or some other futile effort to avoid Vish Kal brand justice. His other laugh is for when he is genuinely amused and is something like hmhmhm, still deep and scary but in a different way.

Vish Kal sees himself as the most sane person there is. Though he views insanity in others is generally met with apathy. Basically the insanity defense doesn't work in Vish Kal's court. If the insanity of others is a danger to innocent people or the exonerated Vish Kal will not tolerate it, if the insane hurt only themselves or no one he doesn't care. People often think Vish Kal is himself insane, I'm not sure why.
