♡ choose a signature scent to spritz on yourself before leaving the house: when you spray the mist, visualize the perfume as a cloud of love enveloping you in confidence
♡ write love mantras in the steam of the bathroom mirror after each cleansing
♡ keep a journal, even if you only write a few lines in it a day (having something to look back on which contains your goals, dreams, and feelings of gratitude for the year is such a beautiful memento)
♡ keep crystals beneath your pillow to encourage sweeter dreams, and try to keep a consistent sleeping schedule (at least, to start, during the weekday evenings!)
♡ make playlists according to each mood, saving them for the moments in which you feel as though you truly need some inspiration, uplift, or understanding
♡ if you like to 'dress up' your beverages, opt for Vegan milks in your tea or coffee
♡ track your cycle in an app like Flo to better understand your periods, symptoms, and moods on a wider and more encouraging scale

♡ offer your love to others, even if they're a customer at work: the sweetness shall always be reciprocated, and you never know when you could make someone's day a bit brighter. likewise, be gentler with yourself when you find that you're really 'going through it'
♡ practice communicating with others better: start by using more eye contact, looking at your phone less, and asking questions
♡ take good care of your skin, developing a regimen that's suitable for your skin type. include rose quartz or jade rollers + gua sha stones for a boost of extra magic, and be sure to always use organic, clean products that come from sources where animal testing isn't used!
♡ unfollow or mute accounts that make you feel lowly or self-conscious. removing triggers can be so helpful in encouraging you towards being the best version of you!
♡ exercise safely as often as you can, especially if it means taking in some dreamy nature with a loved one whilst on a walk or run
♡ believe in yourself, above all! have faith in your dreams, visualize that which you desire, and then manifest them into reality: the first step towards living your dreams is believing that they're possible!
