PHYSICAL INACTIVITY
Physical inactivity can be defined as, if a person is performing less than 30 minutes of physical activity in the period of one week and that activity is not of at least moderate intensity then that person is in the group of physical inactive people. Physical inactivity is the reason for death of so many people all over the world. This problem is common in a more developed countries such as U.S.A., Australia. The following discussion will be about physical inactivity in Australia. In this research the nature of the problem or why this is a public issue will be answered. Moreover, population group and involved players will be also discussed.

Physical inactivity is the fourth greatest risk factor almost 6400 people losing their lives in Australia every year due to physical inactivity (van Nimwegen, et al., 2011). Doing physical activity on a daily basis is one of the best protective factors for the prevention and treatment of primary noncommunicable diseases (NCDs). Some of the diseases that occurs due to physical inactivity is heart disease, diabetes, stroke and breast cancer. However, in current time people are not performing any physical activity there are several reasons behind this. For instance, now people have Computer that is being used in almost every task that we do. Therefore, they are ignoring physical inactivity. People are becoming lazy and they do not even go shopping they like to order online. Â
