I am once again thinking about Frank Wilson. (Spoilers for AtMoD and season 1)

Frank being THE scrappiest little kid in San Dimas, because Sally Johnson-Wilson is a single mother in the 40s, and that means he was already a little ostracized, so of course he has to be a tough kid to get by. This kid invented pea knuckle!

Later he can lie and say his dad died in the war, but until then, he's rowdy as hell. Finding out his real dad aspired to be a stuntman doesn't help.

But he still has to be The Man of the House™, so he got less reckless as he grew up. And he probably had to work when he was way too young to help his mom out, too! Obviously he ultimately grew up to be a Good, Strong Guy, and Sally maybe never let him see that they were struggling.

The version of his soul that goes into Paeden is just rowdy little Frankie Wilson!

Just an fyi, the reason that these recipes feel like they’re more hydrating than plain water is because the additional ingredients are adding electrolytes, which your body desperately needs when you’re dehydrated! Water is great, but water + salts + natural sugars + acid is even better.
