right before i was sent home from my junior year of college for the pandemic, i had an irreconcilable falling out w my best friend, a fight so bitter that it fundamentally changed the way i saw myself and my social life shifted immediately. and i remember being caught between just needing to be needed and wanting to leave and never come back. and then the second option happened. and left the rest. getting my most selfish wish of disappearing but keeping the hurt. and how that pain still aches now. anyway i have been lost in the hysteria of what a time to be alive and the honesty of the guitar
