How fast time flies. And how we think everything's gonna be the same when the year started. So much has changed since January and it will continue to change. The only constant in life is change afterall 😊 A month left before 2015 ends. It means we've a month left to chase those dreams and goals we've set for ourselves earlier this year. Whatever it is, I pray Allah makes it easy for us.

I am so tired. Sometimes all I wanna do is to run home and cry to the One who understands me most. And then I realise that He gave me these tests just so I will run to Him. And He knows best of my capabilities. Indeed Allah will not burden a soul beyond its capabilities (2:286)

Alhamdulillah for you. Alhamdulillah for when I come home from school and I fall asleep cause I was too tired and you'll keep meowing till I'm up for Maghrib. Alhamdulillah for weekends when my alarm fail on me and you'll keep meowing till I'm up to do my Fajr. Alhamdulillah for days when I'm upset and I'll just hold you and hear you purr till I feel better. Alhamdulillah for having you as a companion these past 3 years, @pariskittycat. Constantly telling myself to look at the bigger picture. That no matter how tough the terrains are or how exhausted I am, I must continue to move forward. Constantly reminding myself that the journey is what prepares me for my destination. And that Allah s.w.t, as wise as He is, has planned for me a better ending, Insya Allah. We plan and they plan and ultimately our plans are nothing compared to His plans. "My Lord, truly I am in need of whatever good You bestow upon me" (28:24 )

It's amazing isn't it how rainbows come after the storm. Just like how Allah reminds us in the Qur'an that with hardship comes ease. It's beautiful to have faith and to be surrounded by friends and family of the same faith. It's beautiful to be reminded of the strength and patience you possess when you have forgotten about them. Truly when you have Allah, you have everything. Because He will give you everything you need even when you feel like you're at the losing end. And know that Allah will always know what's best for you because you know not.

I look at my holiday photos and wonder why I'm not in a foreign country right now. Then I look at my calendar at all the due dates for the assignments and I'm like "right...." This sacrifice will be worth it, Insya Allah.
