post psychosis episode healing era for the last 2 months has been nice but awfully quiet… it really started in nov 2024 tho lasted till may 2025 which is terrifying to admit. nobody caught on or realised I guess till too late earlier this year (nor did I, truly don’t know what reality I was living). wish I could apologise to everyone individually now that I behaved bizarrely towards but I don’t have enough strength/guts to anymore even though I am super reflective & sorry… bc I’m drowning in embarrassment woo (yes so I have to take my meds, continue being alcohol/thc free forever and admit it’s okay not to be okay)

on the bright side I quit vaping/nicotine fully almost a month ago now & I feel full of love and life again! really hope that the horrors of my existence past/present don’t derail the positives again lolol… coz it could be a good end to the year and a (I PRAY) better start to a break down free future…

going to trial using tumblr again since I deactivated instagram (permanent unless I change my mind ever) and I barely post on tiktok anyway!
