This is just the start of it.Â
A rose for Breonna Taylor and so many more. Life is a human right. Rest in power.Â

Atlanta: Episode 5
ALSSSSOOOOO,
the whole thing with the white people not being ok with Darius shooting a dog target while at a practice shooting range was genius.Â
Why would people be more offended by shooting a dog target rather than a human target? Also, the fact that one of the white dudes listed the possibility of his daughter seeing Darius shooting a dog target as a reason that he shouldnât is ridiculous. LIKE WHY WOULD YOUR DAUGHTER BE AT A GUN RANGE? I definitely feel like people react a lot more to violence against dogs than they do to humans, myself included. Should I be ok with that, and why is that?Â
Like Darius said tho, isnât it weird that people shoot at human targets?Â
Atlanta: Episode 5
The part about Justin Bieber was perfect and needed.Â
People give him so much slack about the way he acts because he is white. Whenever, he messes up he can just apologize.
Itâs true. Fans donât want Justin Bieber to be the asshole, so others always have to play the part. The fact that the reporter said that it is the ârapperâs jobâ to do this just demonstrates the difference between white celebrities and black celebrities.Â
Most importantly, I like how they didnât make him white. When Earn first says that Justin Bieber is there, there is a group of guys walking in and only one of them was white. I assumed the white one was the Bieber impersonator but nah. Â This change made me really think about how race plays into Bieberâs success. If he was actually black, would everyone still be so forgiving? Idk man...
Things I Noticed Watching Atlanta (Ep. 1 and 2)
Ok so I am from the suburbs of ATL. Even though I am only like 45 minutes away from ATL, I donât think I really know what Atlanta is like (or at least the part that is less touristy) so I am not expert on anything ATL-related.Â
Anyway, on a recommendation, I started to watch Atlanta, and I am a fan.Â
Here is literally of list of some of my thoughts while watching:Â
1. White dude that worked at the radio station (Brad? Chad? Does it matter?) was perfectly ok with using the n-word with Earn but not when in front of Paper Boy.Â
2. The way that the criminal system works so that those with mental disability end up repeatedly in jail and do not receive the attention they need. No one else seemed to see the issue with this but Earn.Â
3. Paper Boy being used from the âgramâ and only starting to matter when people find out that he is a rapper (ex: the police officer that asked for a picture and the mom asked for a picture)Â
4. Also, I donât think all the people asking about Paper Boy are fans? Something seems suspicious. It was never answered what happened at the shooting...
Group president noted a ârenewed determinationâ among program participants since President Donald Trumpâs election.
One of your proud accomplishments!
