The Strawberry Full Moon In Capricorn Is Here â & You Need To Take A Leap The first Full Moon of the summer comes at the end of June, in the sign of Capricorn, heightening our expectations and anticipation for the future. June 29th marks a magical day, so set intentions that speak to your soul and manifest what appeals to your sentiments. The micromoon is the effect of the earth and moon being at apogee, making the moon appear smaller than usual. Donât let its size fool you â it still packs a load of emotion for us. Beware, Neptune in Aries crafts a fraught alliance with the Full Moon, illuminating our ambitions. We must look within ourselves and figure out what makes us happy â it could be a childhood dream we are beginning to realize in the coming weeks. Letting go of the fear we attach to the unknown is hard because it requires us to relinquish control over the direction and outcome. The flip side is that if we donât take this leap, it will burden us until we do. Tie in the fruitful link to the Nodes of Destiny, which are on the Pisces and Virgo lunar axis, to enhance the fateful call that propels us to innovation. The energy echoes the conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Aries, which began on February 20th. Now that some time has passed, we are discerning how to utilize the transformative astrological aspect that augmented our values and ideals. The lunation asks us to restructure our visions. The Full Moon in Capricorn, which Saturn rules, is shedding light on our plans and desires. The element of how we can pragmatically assert our passions into reality is the clincher; therefore, itâll require proper preparation and forethought â but it's doable with a combination of patience and vigor. Never give up on what we hold in our hearts and want to bring to life. There is an element of healing brought on by Mars in Gemini, sharing a minor frustration with the centaur Chiron in Taurus. Our former partnerships might come back to haunt us, due to Mercuryâs cosmic spin, inflaming wounds that need to be mended and resolved. Understanding our core issues will be difficult and tearful; consider channeling the vibe into healthy activities like sports, yoga, or art. Learning not to be aggressive in how we express ourselves will be pivotal, as well as distancing ourselves from the naysayers. We may even realize that holding onto resentments is weighing on our auras and choose to free ourselves from the negativity of those who do not believe in us. Speaking of such individuals, Mercury has some insight for us on that matter. The same day, Mercury retrograde begins its planetary moonwalk in Cancer (a little over six hours before the Full Moon, to be precise). When Mercury begins to move backward in the sign of Cancer, it will make us all reflective and contemplative of the past. Nostalgia is the key ingredient and theme that urges us to reconnect with a former aspiration and to seek approval from those we care about. We are taking stock of whether or not our peers are on our side. Don't jump into reuniting these relationships until there is certainty that they'll work out. If need be, remaining nuzzled in a cocoon for safety and TLC until we are ready to engage with others is the best form of protection before sharing the goals we yearn to create or elevate. The caveat is that itâll take a hot minute for our agendas to move forward. However, we should take baby steps towards cultivating our incentives. Shooting our shot will lead to success, just not on our timeline, which is okay. The bottom line is that we must keep the faith â even if we appear to be delulu. Individualization and acceptance push us to inspire ourselves and the masses. Take flight to a state of enlightenment! âMorpheus and Irisâ by Pierre-Narcisse GuĂ©rin (1811) Iris Calls on Morpheus: Hera, Queen of the gods, wanted Morpheus to deliver the news of Ceyxâs death to Alcyone. Ovid in his Metamorphoses tells of the myth of Iris waking the sleeping god, to deliver his command. The scene has become a popular source of inspiration in the artistic world.
