i put out a sneak peek for this like 2 months ago sorry it took so long BUT i have delivered at last... moezegect cuddles

part of why i took so long is i originally had a whole different take on the "backstory" that i found made like. no sense so i got mad and left it for a while and eventually completely redid it... current version is still pretty ooc but WHATEVER at least it's cute i hope. go my polyship fluff

the first few panels of that old one were funny though so i'll give you those as a treat

last post made me realize i've never made a reference for moe's normal design?? so that had to be amended ;D

she's got a complicated yet variable design so i actually have a lot of fun with her!! i've gotta try and draw her hat more since it's been kinda canonized but... i also like drawing her hair all poofy and i can't exactly do both at once so we'll see how that goes extra notes under here:

moe prefers to have her scarred skin covered at this point in the story so "dressed down" isn't in use for canon-compliant art... but it's there because i still draw it a good deal... i like seeing her arms can you blame me

her nose stays ON!!! it actually might be a part of her even i'm not sure about that

her animal aspects are not a specific species but i was inspired by terrier dogs and sheep initially

her pupils turn red when she's mad! this is intentionally cliche lol

she sticks her tongue out A LOT either idly when concentrating or intentionally for the silly factor... girl why you so :P

her scars had no dark gradient prior to her time in the down-under in season 2 pt 4

YOU ARE THE GOAT FOR MAKING THOSE TRANSCRIPTS!!! I’m making a fic that takes places near the start of s2 and I was worried that I would mess up the details and would have to rewatch the episodes until it was like- engraved in my mind or something-

update on the a regect transcripts... all the main installments have been added to the neocities websites at last!!

however one of the more interesting things i added is a video pop-up!

it'll pull up each transcript's corresponding youtube video and it'll stay on screen wile you scroll... best thing i can do short of actual subtitles with my google search-reliant coding knowledge

here's a demo of it on my phone... it's hidden by default because it's scuffed and i'm still a little embarassed but just click the show/hide video button and it'll pop up!

i still plan to move the extras/micha videos over but this will have to do for now because... i want to play cobblemon now lol

hello!! I love ur art and designs so much, everyone is so creative and alive and fun, especially regect and the eyes!!! (ironic cuz of the chest cavity thing but. u get me) if u have open reqs, do you possibly have any zegect crumbs for the hungry masses?... even if u don't, ty!

sorry regect has no lips so he cannot get a kiss kiss by normal standards... i imagine his equivalent of a chaste kiss is head nuzzles but he got a little bit frustrated here so sloppy style make out it is

and yes regect has to take off his jaw... it's like taking off your glasses so they don't get in the way lol a little bit of logistics on regect's tongue and a little extra zegect below the cut

also fun fact: part of why i was insistent on my regect having headwings even after my first design change is so i could cover ze in feathers post-kiss for comedic effect. this concept has been cooking for MONTHS

and burn scars moe is so real to me!! it's an excellent excuse to give my favs my problems... having skin issues on your palms is the worst so i will be projecting. sorry moe

last two are olddd... also gonna yap about moe's scars below since this is the first time i've shown them:

as with many folks my moe's got burn scars on her extremeties! in case ur wondering what's up with the dark gradient it's the same thing as ze's hat shadow, being a side effect of the eyes / down under... they'd probably be a point of shame for her so i thought it'd fit for the eyes mark to show up there... but since she covers them already it also means it's less noticeable than ze's or micha's changes realistically she'd still be covering them soooo top pic is non-canon or future canon where they're all a little more comfortable and open :) OH ALSO she still keeps the gloves on because her hands are heavily scarred and probably damage and dry easily... this is me projecting (although for me it's eczema and not scars but similar principle i think?) thank you for letting me ramble about designs have a good day

here's prime! they take the feline part of the eye's sphinx and to keep the prehistoric thing going they're a smilodon...

next the old man yaoi representatives... wakafante and captain dice! when i was sketching ideas for wakafante some kid said he looks "weird and homeless" which... i mean i'll take it.

lastly maturin who is based off a sea turtle (for the namesake) and deep sea creatures... gross drooly beast who reeks of weed (i say affectionately)

anddd here's everyone i've got designed in an approximate height line-up! got their actual heights written bc i know i probably i fucked up my eye-balling of it
