Desire aligned with the illusions of paranoia, Guided her through a series of calamities

Relabeled as testimonies.

Failure was her only option,

Determination would only thrive under the harsh criticism of her environment,

It wasn’t a matter or if but when,

When the crowd would belt her name out with a great roar,

She dropped to her knees ready to perform,

Nights like this,

She craved more.
