ok wait another possibility is that redmond was right about a summer season and if they only do 29 days then that means they can start editing earlier and get a season out but then they go back to 39

#they are supposed to start filming this week which means the latest they would finish is may 16 which gives them about a month or so to edit #and that could put them right with the bb timeline and they could possibly get a season out by end of june #just an idea

i also genuinely cant imagine probst saying “29 days 20 people 1 survivor”

#it just isnt a thing #like yeah australia was 42 days but like that was a trial to try and keep popularity and ratings and then they went back #and yea this is just a rumor but im still 🥴

since the game cycle is going to change to 2 days im kinda curious how the storytelling will be like everything is going to be at a faster pace and the timeline is going to be so accelerated

#also will they keep 18/20 players or are they gonna scale back to 16???#like they probably are also gonna get rid of the advantages too.....which like good

my thoughts on the rumor of this new season being 10 days shorter is that i dont like it and i dont understand how its going to work bc everything will have to change and 39 days is literally ingrained into the show

#as a long time fan i am sad #but its rare that redmond is wrong #and also im sad bc i want to go on so bad and if i do i dont want to play just 29 days #but who knows maybe they wont keep it this way
