How often do you draw or practice? What’s your drawing routine like?
thank you for the ask, nony!!!!!!!
I only really draw/practice when i have inspiration. whether it be a specific idea, a reference i want to recreate, or a hyper fixation on a certain fandom.
I used to draw all the time as a kid. every little thing i could think of an conceive i would put in my sketchbook. honestly my creativity + skill was much better back in the day. I WOULD draw more often but i have chronic fatigue and even doing 1-2 doodles makes me exhausted.

I'm super happy with this one and how it turned out.
this is obviously a higher-class outfit, something all species could wear but diavolo would likely be the most probably wearer of an outfit like this.
concept #7
this one moves completely away from the modern day wraps and shows a more ancient style. either pre or post oppression era; the layers are heavier and restrict some movement but not to the extent of what it was like during the oppression era.
directly inspired by renaissance portaits and historical analyses
concept 6.5!
redid this and took away the wrap robe-- im wayyy happier with it and it's a great introduction to non wrap-around styles. of course theres still the body wrap.
concept #6 (maybe)
tried a more fancy sleeve type based off of pre-16th century fashion (huggggge range there, i know, but so many eras use separated sleeves and have poofy petticoats sticking out)
im not that happy with the wrap style for this one tbh! might completely forego it and try a lighter approach.
concept #5
a very simple design, set to be an every day wear.
a true middle-lower class garment.
an update on that abandoned concept.im way happier with how this looks than how it looked with the skirt.
