Ramadan series: Stomach condition
Day #11: had milkshake for iftar. Shouldn't have. But so far so good. Not too much acidity. Let's pray I eat better for sehri.
Day #12: I cooked biryani today. So my stomach should be upset. But it's not. Bc I used less oil and its very healthy. Yesterday my stomach was fine after sehri. So far I feel healthy and good. I'm having strawberries rn.
Day #13: I had mild stomachaches the whole day. Idk why. Later I had some fried food abd fruits for iftar. And rice&chicken for sehri. Had sehri early.
Day #14: I had stomachaches all day today. I had some fried food again for iftar. And mostly watermelon. My stomach felt worse instantly. I don't feel good. God bless.
Day #15: I didn't have stomachaches that much. I ate buldak ramen and cake for iftar. My stomach should be dying rn. But it's doing good. I'll have healthy food for later.
Day #16: I had proper food, yes. Both for sehri and iftar. But the ramen and cake made me so sick. I had stomachaches the whole night. I felt slightly feverish. It was a bad decision. But since I had better healthy food for sehri I felt better. Now I've had some fried food again sadly for iftar. But I'm feeling fine. I made cold coffee.
Day #17: I had a good iftar. I ate rice, fish, veggies. All good food. Had yogurt after. So I feel even better. I feel healthier. Good.
