Memory of the water, oil.

Another old painting, in wich for the first time I tried to paint caustics.

The painting was based on a memory from a vacation in Greece. Imagine:

You've been laying on the beach for too long, and it's almost noon. In a drowsy haze and slightly overheated, you walk through the narrow streets to your hotel, trying to find the shady spots. And at some point, you get a little lost. And then you stumble upon this. What is this? A portal? Sunstroke, overheating, or just a dream? You'll never know, because you didn't dare enter.
