Such a sultry sort of sweetness. He lifted her from her small feet and carried her the remaining distance, impatience winning out. 

Placing her in the centre of the room in front of the dangling ring, he nodded toward it and smiled, slow and wicked. “Can you hold on tonight? Or would my little Aurora like her cuffs?” He had to buy new ones with thicker padding for her delicate frame. It only made her tolerance for him more of a contradiction and as such, more of a pleasure for the older man.

Daniel wasn’t really someone with a grand appreciation for art and museum pieces but he did believe in access to them and strove to enrich himself through constant education, even if he really found it a little dull. He had just come from a photo op and small interview with a few local rags and online think blogs about the local funding programs and access for youth. 

Now he was wandering through a new display and unlike most of them, he found this one actually quite interesting. “Oh, hello, Miss. I was just checking out this pottery piece. Is it really the first known piece by an exclusively submissive conclave of artists?”

It was a nice enough day and there were a decent amount of people milling through the various levels of the museum, most venturing toward the new displays or the more famous works.  Much as she loved her job, there were times when she would love to be out all the time with the visitors too.

Reed had never really told anyone but he liked art, loved it even. And not just making it either, but seeing other people’s work and even watching them create. Despite that, he’d still never been to an art museum before. The one in his hometown charged admission and was in a nicer neighborhood so it wasn’t ever an option. But now, it did. By the looks of it, the museum that was now before him seemed to have free admission. So, he stepped in and had a look around. Feeling a bit lost and out of place, but thankful to be out of the heat, the sub took a moment aside to gather his wits. He focused on one of the smaller paintings in a corner that was away from the crowd. 

“Hm?” he glanced at the woman with the books and raised a brow. “Oh…thanks?” Reed cleared his throat and pointed toward the art. “Uh–who painted this one? It’s…good.”

Aurora liked to think she had a thing for faces and remembering people, so when she saw a new person, she was even more apt to seek them out to see how she could help them out.  The young man didn’t look lost so much as overwhelmed a little.

“Hi there.  NO worries at all, we’re hear to help.”  She looked up at the picture and smiled.  “It is.  That’s a Monet actually, his Sunrise.  It’s from the mid 1870s impressionist period.  Do you have a favorite artist or type of art?”
