I'm like one of those toxic Habit fans but about Mary Asher. "She tried to kill her son!" Girl fuck them kids who even cares. She was just feeling silly what women can't have hobbies anymore??

unironically me too. i dont go as far as toxic habit fans but if mary was written by someone who like. maybe even slightly liked women more she could be one of the most interesting characters in the series and her relationship with milo could be an incredible representation of cyclical and reactive abuse.

but instead milo's treated as this perfect victim (despite clearly Not being so) and mary is treated as this Benevolent Evil with no good that was ever in her shriveled little heart, as if being abused by her parents and groomed by a literal cult didnt make her this way. as if she didn't love milo at all. cmon now guys
