That you are. I’ll ask them if they want to come visit.
That’d be nice, I miss seeing them around and I’m sure Lillian would be excited to see them.

lerikki-lo:
Because you, mi amor, are so very, very talented.
I’m a master with my hands, you know that. Your sisters though..?
lerikki-lo:
It’s almost time for Gray to haul himself over here. Everything’s almost prepped.
It’s gonna be awesome, I fixed the bed in the couch so it’s all good to go. Your sister’s should come out here too, sometime.

Rikki knew that present meant more to him than anything. Family was so important to him and she was able to give him that. Family. She loved him so fiercely, she’d do anything for him. He and Lily both. “Always have, always will,” she replied. She knew he wouldn’t find an issue with fixing the couch; he’d always been good with repairs. Rina often complained her husband wouldn’t fix anything, but Austin did. “Thank you, baby.”
She pulled back so he could set the sleeping baby into her bouncy seat and moved into the kitchen to serve up the soup. A soft gasp of surprise left her lips as he moved her against the counter and stole her breath away with a fierce kiss that she eagerly returned. “I love you most.”
Austin kissed her nose, “It’s no problem, it needed to be fixed anyway, gives me a good reason, yeah?” Austin could not wait for his brother to meet his daughter. She was already so charming and such a happy baby. They really were blessed but Austin had a feeling that the next time, they might not be so lucky. Austin made sure to place Lillian in clear view of them. He just took in her precious face and smiled at their creation.
As she responded to his kiss, it only encouraged him more to kiss her with all he had. He chuckled at her words, “You really wanna start this again? Don’t take me on, Evans.” Using his name for her brought a grin to his face. He moved away from her so they could sit by Lillian near the table as they had their soup. “C’mon, lets get into this dinner, daddy’s hungry.”

Rikki pecked his forehead when he kissed her neck, minding the sleeping baby in his arms. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for her family; the huge part of her was thankful she could be at home to raise Lillian. It was a trial to allow playdates with Lorelei. Already, the two babies were best friends in the making, much to their mothers’ delight. They’d jabber and coo in their bouncy seats and giggle.
“I knew you wanted some family out here since Lilly was born. Kind of mend some fences,” she replied, placing another kiss on his lips. Gray had been a good friend to her in the past; having him out there would be beneficial for everyone. “The only thing that really needs to be done is fix the bar on the pull-out couch and get some sort of feather topper for the mattress. If you did that, it would be muy appreciated.”
Austin loved how Rikki just knew him, that she didn’t need to ask what was wrong, she just knew and for her to bring out his brother to meet their daughter meant so much to him. “You can read me like a book, huh?” He looked up at her and took in her face, he could only just smile. “I can manage to fix that, that’s no problem at all.” He kissed her forehead before he put the sleeping baby reluctantly in her laid back chair so he could eat.
He placed a kiss on her forehead before finally getting away from her. She looked so peaceful sleeping, so at ease. “This will be a Father’s Day, I’ll never forget, all thanks to you.” He made his way over to his wife and pushed her back against the counter, kissing her hard. His hands moved to the counter behind her, blocking her from moving away. Once he felt the need for air, he moved his head back from hers and rested it against her forehead, “I love you.”

Rikki held her ground, but she knew he was dying to know. She knew she looked like a mess, but she didn’t care. Her hair was in a messy ponytail, she wore one of his button-down shirts over a pair of shorts and a cami. It had taken a lot of work and dedication, but she’d lost the baby weight, except for a little bloating. Her hips were wider, her breasts fuller.
After stirring the soup and putting the temperature on low heat, she covered the pot and made her way over to him, wrapping her arms loosely around his neck. “So, I know it’s not customary for this type of thing and you’re not his father, but, part two of your Father’s Day surprise is that your loving brother Gabriel is going to grace us with his presence for a week.”
She’d already made a checklist of things to clean thoroughly and make the pull-out couch. They needed some sort of feather-bed topper so the bar wouldn’t dig into Gray’s back.
“His plane arrives next week.”
Austin just watched his wife as she worked away in the kitchen, noticing that she was wearing his shirt. It brought a smile to his face as he looked around their home. This was his family, this was his life and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He always knew that he would marry Richenza but the little girl in his arms completed him. He couldn’t wait to give her a brother or sister later in the future. Austin continued to watch his wife as he placed kisses on his daughter’s head. His smile only widened when he felt his wife’s arms drape over him. He turned his head up and kissed her neck sweetly.
As Lillian began to fall asleep in his arms, Austin held her ever so carefully. What sent a shock to his system was when she announced his brother was going to be saying with them. He hadn’t seen the boy in years. They’d had clashes about the way Austin chose to live before and the decisions he made to focus on the future at such a young age. All that aside, Austin was so excited for his brother to meet the precious baby in his arms. Austin grinned at his wife, “I can’t wait for him to come and meet her. You’re the absolute best, you know that, right? I love you, so much.”
He turned around in his chair to kiss her properly and he did. A long passionate and loving kiss. “This means so much to me. I’ve got so much to show him, our home that’s being built, our life, the life that we created..Let me know what needs to be done.”

Rikki grabbed the bouncy seat to take into the kitchen to set on the counter. She loved watching Lilly and Austin together. “She loves you, Daddy,” she informed her husband, placing a soft, light kiss on his lips before kissing the baby’s forehead. “I’m making a chicken enchilada soup. You sit down and enjoy Father’s Day.”
One thing Rikki mourned was the fact that she could no longer eat excessively spicy food without getting heartburn. Pregnancy did weird things to her body. Heartburn was one.
There was a little net that Rikki kept frozen fruit in for Lilly while teething. So far, the baby adored cantaloupe and mangoes. Rikki had also arranged for Gabe, Austin’s brother, to join them for a few days in LA.
“I also have one more surprise for you that I’ll tell you about in a moment.”
Austin held his daughter close to his chest as he carried her into the kitchen. He was so in love with the little girl, words could not describe how good it felt for him to finally have her there in their lives. A smile immediately came to his face when Rikki said what she did. He couldn’t wait to hear his daughter call him that name. Austin couldn’t hide what the name made him feel. “Daddy loves Lillian so much.” Austin kissed his wife back sweetly before he watched her kiss their daughter. “Yum! One of daddy’s favorites. I will sit down and watch my beautiful wife in the kitchen with my daughter in my arms.”
As Rikki prepared what she needed to, Austin made faces at his daughter trying his best to get her to smile, which she did every time. Upon hearing Rikki’s words, Austin made a surprised face at Lilly as he spoke to her, “Mommy has another surprise for me. Do you know what it is, baby? What’s mommy got for me?” He chuckled as he watched her face try and work out what he was saying.
Eventually Austin managed to take his eyes off his daughter and glanced up at his wife, “How many more moments will that be?”

It was a fortune just to get the initials into the lid but it was something they could pass down to Lilly or any future children they had. It was worth every penny. RDE. LAE. Richenza Davaneigh Evans. Lillian Alexandra Evans.
She returned the kiss her husband placed on her lips and drew back, relieved. He liked it. “I’m glad you like it,” she murmured. She watched him pick up Lilly and moved back on the couch to let him sit down with the baby.
This was her life. She’d gone from dead-end stripper to wife and mother. She was still as crazy about her husband as she was on their first date and having a baby didn’t remove all romance.
“Gimme the baby, I’ll go get dinner started,” she told Austin as she got up from the couch.
Austin ran his finger over their initials. This was his family. A family that he had created with Rikki, who now had his own last name as her own. That gave him feelings in itself. “Of course, it’s beautiful. It means a lot.” There was nothing better to Austin than holding his small daughter in his arms, reminding himself that he helped make her.
He looked down and saw Rikki in the girl, so much but there was himself too and the more Lilly aged the more recognisable it was. Lilly smiled up at him, her little teeth starting to come through. “Hey my baby.” He pressed his lips to her forehead, it caused the girl to giggle. “You’re cheeky, just like your mother.”
As Rikki got up, Austin stood with Lillian in his arms, “Then we’ll come in and watch you, won’t we, bub. Unless you mean you’re going to feed her? But I’ll still follow.”
You poor, sex-deprived man.
At least I haven’t complained.
Once I dry up, yes.
Yes, Mami, yes!

Rikki set down the wrapped present and pulled up the bouncy seat to set Lilly into. After buckling her in and turning on the vibration setting, she excitedly handed the present to Austin and sat Indian-style. “Okay, so it took me forever to find the perfect thing and don’t think it’s girly because it’s totally not but if you don’t like it, let me know,” she told him in a rush.
She loved getting people presents, but sometimes, they were a swing and a miss. It didn’t matter how well she knew someone, she still occasionally got them the wrong thing. “I’m also making this insane dinner so if this doesn’t work out, there’s food.”
She hooked her ankles together and hugged her knees as she watched him tear into the tissue paper. “Be totally honest with me if you don’t like it.”
Austin watched his two girl’s come into the room. A smile immediately lighting up his face upon seeing his daughter. She was just one happy baby. He noticed Rikki place down a wrapped present and he almost wanted to object to getting him anything, he had all he needed right beside him. “Babe, babe, it’s gonna be fine. You didn’t have to get me anything.” He thought it was cute how she began to speak in a rush, almost as if she was nervous.
After she gave him the present, he felt around to try and work out what it was. It was heavy, somewhat and he looked over at her when she began to speak again, “Dinner too? What did I do to deserve you? Everything will work out, baby. Lilly tell your mother it will be okay..” He began to tear open the wrapping to find a silver box. An almost antique looking silver box, he opened the lid to find their initials engraved. He noted that there was room for more to be added when the time comes.
“This is beautiful. It’s almost like a family box, I put significant little things in here, maybe some spare cash for us, for our family.” He ran his thumb over the initials of his wife and daughter. “I love it, baby, thank you. C’mere.” He scooted over to where she was and kissed her sweetly, “It’s perfect. You didn’t have to go to an trouble but you did and I appreciate it.” He jumped off the couch and to the baby seat and picked up his daughter. He placed a kiss on her cheek before he held her against him, “Thank you, princess.” He placed her against his chest as he moved back to the couch, back to where Rikki was and sat down. He couldn’t help but smile at his daughter who just smiled and stared up at him.
Not really. Three more months, that tooth’s probably through.
Does that mean I get full rights to the boobs back?
Feliz Día del Padre || Rikstin
Rikki glanced over at her happy, cooing, babbling daughter in her baby seat as she put the finishing touches on Austin’s Father’s Day present. It’d taken a lot of doing and a lot of painstaking Internet searches and the best of her haggling abilities before she found a gorgeous, antique genuine silver (she’d gotten a jeweler’s opinion) box that was practically given to her at a flea market. It’d practically taken showing off her left side-breast to get the box at a discount, but it was worth it. It was for all sorts of memories. She’d paid to have Lilly’s initials and her own engraved on the inside of the lid, leaving room for any other children they had.
“What do you think, mija? Think Daddy’s gonna like it?” she asked, pulling her out of the seat to nestle her in the crook of her arm. Lilly gave a big, nose-crinkling smile that never ceased to infect everyone around her. Rikki felt her heart flip every time and now was no different. “Yeah, me, too. Let’s go get him.”
She adjusted the baby on to her hip a moment, still supporting her head with her bicep as she padded from the bedroom to the living room. “You ready, babe?” she called.
It was his first Father’s Day and Austin couldn’t have been happier. There was nothing better than seeing his daughter’s bubbly face staring back at him when he woke as she laid dribbling on him. He knew Rikki had been up to something but had no idea what. He’d stayed downstairs just to let her and Lilly do their thing. Austin had his playstation set up and had his heart on winning the SuperBowl on his Madden 15.
He couldn’t help but think about how happy he had been ever since he met Rikki, even more so since they had Lillian. They were married and everything was finally starting to just settle down after a big last few months. They’d finally decided on their house plan and was in the process of being built as they spoke.
Upon hearing Rikki’s voice, he looked in the direction of their bedroom and paused his game, “I was born ready.” He placed his controller on the table in front of him and sat back on the couch as he waited for his wife and daughter to emerge.
It hurts like hell, babe.
I was kidding.. Kinda. Is there anything I can do to help?
She’s gnawing me something fierce. I might stop nursing at six months because damn.
That’s my baby. Can’t get enough of her mother’s boobs.
Lillian’s getting her first tooth. My little girl ins’t really that little anymore. She looks more and more like her mother everyday.
I don’t care what goes on at our wedding as long as it ends with us married.
We’ll be married, baby, don’t worry. Nothing is stopping that, I’ll make sure of it.
