Rain, storms, and trips have kept us out of the kayaks so far this summer, but we finally made it out today!

The water was cold, but the weather was perfect. Warm but not hot, not humid, slight breeze. It does good things for my soul to be in the sunshine on the water.

And, as it turns out, you can do push-ups in a kayak.
